I found out about this business from Groupon. I decided to give it a try due to the reviews. When I called to make an appointment, the lady I spoke to was nice. I asked around how long the service would take, I was told over an hour. When I went to the establishment, I was greeted and told to sit, pick a nail color, and they'll be with me shortly. While waiting, I showed the staff member at the front my Groupon voucher to get that squared away. I picked a nail color and waited at the couch. The nail tech assigned to me was running late with another customer. When she fetched me, I was told by the staff member from the front that the nail tech doesn't speak English and she can translate for me. I said don't worry, that's fine, I speak some Spanish. I was seated at the nail table first. We introduced ourselves. The nail tech, Carmen, was nice at first, but seemed to be in an extreme hurry. She asked me if I wanted coffee in Spanish, I politely asked for water. Now, I don't have the prettiest nails because I bite them due to anxiety, so I was getting nervous already. I felt like Carmen was rushing so fast and she didn't put nail polish in some areas on my nails. For the pedicure, I felt like she was in a hurry again. There were many times she was talking to other people and using her phone a lot. I was so scared she was going to accidentally cut into my skin. The "spa" treatment was just putting lotion and plastic sleeves on my feet. I messed up my left thumb nail polish twice from moving my things and she seemed a little annoyed to fix them. When she sprayed the dry spray, I wish she would've told me that it was going to be freezing. She barely said anything to me throughout the service, so I didn't say much either. After the service was done, I asked the front desk what's the full price cost of the regular and gel mani/pedi. She said $30 and $50, but that she can honor the Groupon price for $29 if I understood correctly, so $1 difference? She also said I wouldn't have to purchase from Groupon, I could just pay them the Groupon price directly. That's misleading because their Groupon full price showed higher prices, when in fact the "discounted prices" are the full regular prices. I was disappointed in the manicure and pedicure service, but it is what it is. I do not recommend this business or at least don't get your nails done by Carmen, I felt that she wasn't attentive enough and rushed through everything...felt like a race. The service took less than an hour. I think they cater more towards native Spanish-speakers. read more

I just left the salon and I had a good experience, the ladyy took 40 min to do Mani & Pedi, my Pedicure was uneven and the nail polish got ruined it's intact but wrinkled up, the same thing happen to my hand but the nail tech was very kind and polite to do it again with no problem. It's $25 mani & pedi regular but I don't feel like they are very detailed with the process of it. They use recycled tools which is not good to do many & pedi, it doesn't do the stuff like it's suppose to. The file is HORRIBLE !!! the white scrrUb does no justice for naill or hanging skin or cuticle, and it brings the Woodstick. They also have no fan to dry the nails and I just ruined my thumb because I had to leave without drying my nails. I just dont recommend it & I drove 1 hour to get here lol. I found this saLon by googles.. I wish you guys Goodluck hope yOu guys change the tools tho. UpdatE it's been two hours and my nails dried up and now are ruined. This never happens to me . I had a really good experience at L'adore. I made an appointment for a mani/pedi on a Friday afternoon and everything went pretty well. The lady at the front was nice and offered me something to drink and showed me where to go right away. They use new packaged tools every time which I loved! I didn't have to worry about how well they are disinfecting their products. They also gave me the package to take home. The salon is spacious and clean, they offer different services and everything seemed well organized. The decoration is really nice as well. Parking is convenient and available around the salon. Recommend trying this place, I will be probably going back to try other services! read more

Ladore Beauty Bar almost had a complete WIN in my book...! My best friend set me up for a manicure and pedicure appointment here for my birthday and I couldn't be happier with my services. From the moment my friends and I stepped in this place to the moment we left, we were provided fantastic service! My appointment time was honored right on time and there was little to no wait. The nail tech who assisted me spoke zero English which wasn't a big deal because I knew enough Spanish to hold conversation throughout the service. I think it's fair to note this though for anyone who isn't bi-lingual I would suggest that when booking an appointment or even if you are walking-in to request someone who speaks English or else you will sit in awkward silence like my friend did during his manicure lol. Ladore actually offers services specially for men which a lot of people don't know about. The place itself is very clean, bright and offers a very inviting atmosphere for men which isn't usually the case at many "beauty bars" I've been to in the past. While sitting for my manicure I was offered water, juice and even wine once they found out it was my birthday! They provided a few options of either white or red and I went with their Cabernet Sauvignon. How awesome right? I mean who wouldn't like a little buzz while enduring a relaxing mani and pedi?! For the manicure itself, I would rate that a 5/5. Pedicure was done by the same nail tech as I noticed there were some who didn't do both and switched to others when a different service was requested. Anyways let me just say that the pedicure portion of the service wasn't as luxury as I would've liked and I'll explain why... In the past when getting pedicures, I have always been use to the water already being in the bottom of the tub in the chair and being prepared PRIOR to me getting to the seat. The process here is odd.. well it was for me but they take this can that is used to water plants and fill it with hot water to use for the pedicure. I was a bit thrown off by this because the water wasn't even that hot and there were no jets to make the pedicure feel even better. Also, the chairs that they use have no massage option. A pretty basic pedi to say the least. I'll have to rate this service 3/5. Overall everything was good as the 4 stars I decided to give them. Honestly I would've loved to give them 5 stars but the whole pedicure process took them down some points in my book. I don't travel to Miami often but if I am in the area, I wouldn't be opposed to trying them again. read more

My friend found this place through a Groupon offer and I am so happy she did! Originally went in for a regular mani and came out with a spectacular Halloween-themed gel mani and hair dye and cut. The nail lady was super nice and flexible. Great attention to detail. When it came to my hair cut I was a bit nervous because I have a condition where I pull my hair and the left side is noticeably shorter. However, the hairdresser who did my hair was incredibly understanding. He asked me questions about what I wanted and made me feel comfortable. Ultimately my hair came out feeling and looking 10x healthier than when I walked in. It was all reasonably priced and I loved everyone's work ethic. I will definitely be going back. read more

Hair services are very expensive to start with. I dyed my hair there for first time and they charge $20 for a wash. Really? What are you supposed to do when you pay for dying your hair, it needs to be washed right? First time I've ever heard of a charge for washing your hair. I still had dye liquid in my ears and skin around my forehead stained. They don't tell you about that $20 charge that from the start. It's a shame because I really liked the manicure and pedicure at this place but will not be going back for my hair because of their prices. read more

We were looking for a pedicure close to our hotel and couldn't have stumbled upon a cuter spot! The ambiance was so relaxing and cute. All three of our pedicures were amazing. I had a great first experience with the dip powder. My only complaint is that most salons do a regular manicure when they do gel and dip. This salon doesn't. They didn't cut my cuticles, and they won't snip away the excess skin growing around the nail. I don't think I'll be back here because after two days I wasn't happy. My nails look good, but it doesn't look clean because of the skin particles around the nail. Maybe your salon should reconsider this. read more

What I love the most about this salon is that they are extremely sanitary. I've gotten various mani/pedis here and each time they open a brand new packet with nail file, buffer, cuticle pusher, cuticle cutter, etc. to work on my hands and feet. This is HIGHLY appreciated considering all these other places who don't even replace their $1 nail files. Not only that but they give you everything they used for you to take home! They also use disposable trays for the pedi foot baths and for the nail soaking bowls so you don't ever have to worry about germs. I've done my nails with various nail techs here and they have all been super nice and attentive + I always leave happy with the results and knowing that everything used on me was 100% new. I just did my nails at this place because I found it on Groupon. Read the reviews and this is supposed to be an "upscale" nail salon. Well, I am very disappointed with my gel mani and pedi. Everything is peeling and cracking! Even my toes. Plus, I don't know about you but I LOVE pedicure chairs because of the back massage and it's nice to put your feet in a tub with MOVING water.... this place makes you sit in the most uncomfortable chair and put your feet in a small bucket...
