This visit was disappointing. It started on a good note but quickly went downhill. I should have known something wasn't right as this place was dead empty on a Friday afternoon. Walked in and was greeted by a guy playing on his phone. I was told to wait as he went to find someone to service me. After a few minutes a mail technician comes out from the back and starts preparing my chair and water. The mail technician was friendly and asked my name and if it was my first time here. She then started asking about my job and if I was single. I did noticed she didn't add anything to my water. She went through the entire pedicure process pretty quickly. My manicure was even faster. She barely did a trim on my nails. They looked uneven and dull when she was done. As I was looking at my nails when she was done, she grabbed her cart and went to the back. She never came back out. Okay let me start by saying I came in around 5 pm on a Wednesday. There were two ladies working . One immediately started in my feet while the other did another clients nails (even though I had just called ahead and was assured someone would be available to do both my nails and feet as I do not like doing one after the other ). The woman who worked on my feet was very kind and did an amazing massage and pedicure. However she was not very skilled at the French tip design I requested and some toes came out a bit crooked . The woman who was doing the other clients nails paused fixed my toes and added my Rhinestones . Great toes are done ...but i still have to wait for her to finish the other client's nails and it's now 6:35 . Okay I'm SO confused. The reviews for this place definitely aren't accurate, IMO. Look, the staff is friendly. They're nice sure. But I came in on a Tuesday at 12:30 pm. There was one lady here getting a manicure. No one else. I waited half an hour for a pedicure. When the gentleman finally came out, he didn't know what he was doing? I've had hundreds of pedicures. He didn't offer me different packages. Didn't add anything to my foot bath, used the SMALLEST amount of sugar scrub (which he didn't serve out onto a plate, he double dipped !!GROSS!!, yes he had gloves on but he still stuck his post scrubbing my leg fingers in the big jar...) he stretched my poor ankles in every which direction during my "massage" which was with way too little lotion and tugged and pulled on my skin.. he kept walking off and taking several minutes to come back. Also, he "prepped" my legs with the sugar scrub & lotion and then put one singular hot towel over both my legs which totally did not cover them.. and then he dried me off and went in the back!!!! I had to wait for the lady doing the other woman's manicure to come over and finish my pedicure! I was here for over 2 hours. WHY!? He was very sweet and asked if I was ok at least twice, but had no business working on me like professional nail tech which he clearly was NOT. Once the lady came over she obviously knew what she was doing and was good but very rushed bc she was working on 3 clients (another lady came in during my "massage") by herself. She didn't do a good job, but I'm guessing just bc she was in such a hurry. She didn't file my nails or cut my cuticles. She nipped off some dead skin but didn't work on every toe. She wasn't very careful taking out my ingrown big nails (which is why I get pedicures!!!!) and made me very sore & made me bleed.. The ingrowns suck and I'm used to them hurting but not like this. She didn't even take it all out so now I'll have to go again in a week or so this whole experience was a waste of time. All and all I definitely won't be back but like. I'm just so confused with the reviews?? Nice people. Poor business. read more

New to town and just needed a fix me up on my previous nails so I went in for a fill as well as a pedicure. The environment is very calming and warming. Their spa is clean and spacious. I was greeted by Jimmy, who was really nice. They were slow when I walked in, there were only two people being serviced so wait I expected shouldn't have been long. It wasn't until ten minutes after Jimmy put me in the pedicure chair and let my feet soak in the warm water to await to be serviced. He then brought to my attention they are just short-staffed right now, which I completely understood and had no problem waiting. Kim worked on my feet and Jimmy's wife Nancy worked on my hands(fill). As far as customer service Jimmy, Nancy, and Kim were very sweet and attentive! They constantly asked if I needed a beverage or wanted to fix myself in my seat. As far as my pedicure Kim did a wonderful job, and she even gave me scrub which is good for removing dead skin as well as put my feet in bags with some hot liquid which felt good and made them feel even smoother. As far as my fill, Nancy, did a good job. I expected a bit better due to the images they have on the yelp page as pictures of their work. But it wasn't horrible. The main thing I didn't really care for was the sugar which is a design you can add onto your nails. I paid an additional $10 to add the sugar to just my two middle fingers and I feel like on my left hand it's visible and okay? Compared to my right hand I felt like it could've been way better since she kind of hurried up to help another client who walked in, who barely just called on the phone 5 minutes prior to that. Being nice I still tipped them $5 each but, I'll definitely give them a second try as far as work done on my hands since I feel it could be better. But they definitely have me as a paying customer always for pedicures(Kim is great!) Also, I got shellac(gel, now I know LOL) on feet and hands for both services all together I paid $85 FYI. Also, you get to check in on an iPad and after like your fourth or fifth visit I believe you get some $$ off of a deal, I forgot. Also when you check in which is basically signing up you'll receive occasional texts/coupons, whatever they may offer at the time. I was nervous after pulling up due to the outdated shopping center, but was pleasantly surprised upon entering. It was nice, calm, and clean. Customer Service was top notch. It was the first time I did nail. My wife took me to the Ladue Nails since it has been her favorite. I came with her several times but this is the first time I tried the pedicure. So good experience. Nancy is the new manager. Such a sweet lady. I like the way they welcome me and make me feel easy to be friend with them. I did not apply nail polish so I could not tell about the color. But the massage was awesome. The place is not huge but cozy and friendly. I like the air here. If my wife wants to do nails next time, I may nicely ask her to drive her here again. LoL read more

We were pinched for time on a Sunday and couldn't get in other places so we went here. My mother in law got a basic mani and I got dip acrylic. I am a cosmetologist and know proper sanitation, manicure protocol, techniques, etc. Sanitation was ok, the brought the tools out in a UV sterilized baggy, which SEEMS like it's sterile but a lot of times places reuse them. Their files were reused (a no no but also very common). I ask her to not use the drill on my natural nails because it isn't necessary and just causes your nails to be in worse condition. She tried to tell me she needed to use it to get my cuticles.... which 1. Is HORRIFIC that you'd use an electric file to grind up someone's cuticles and 2. Any nail service should start with pushing back and trimming (with cuticle trimmers - see that, an actual tool made for the exact purpose) of the cuticles. Since I would let her use the "grinder" she said she wouldn't be able to get them and I told her she could cut them, since I had horrible hang nails anyways, I'd be mortified to have my nails done and then leave all that mess around it. Doesn't make any sense, like painting a wall and leaving the trim breaking off everywhere. So she added on a manicure. Which she soaked my hand in cold water for all of 2 minutes. Then applies cuticle softener and cut my cuticles. All was good there, no cuts . She then applied tips and the dip acrylic. This was a hot mess. The color I picked was popular so it was running low, she would paint, then dip,dip,dip.....dip some more... maybe a little more.... done. Next nail, repeat, then 2 more applications like that. Then a clear layer of acrylic. Then filed with "grinder". All fine and dandy since it wasn't on my natural nail. She did nick me in two spots but they were very small. Never asked what shape I wanted. When all said and done she told me it was $50, $40 for dip, and $10 for manicure. I asked if this was more for the original set or if it would be this every time, she said every time. Charging someone $10 for cutting the cuticles which should be included in type of nail service, especially a $40 one is big HARD PASS from me. My mother in law got a basic mani for $12, let it sit AN HOUR while she waited for me, and it still wasn't dry. She smudged a nail and they fixed it. read more

This place is horrible! I don't say this about many places. I normally will give a place of business a second chance before I write a bad review! I went in to get my eyebrows waxed. When ever I get my eyebrows done I tell the tech exactly what i want so there would be no confusion. My exact request was to just clean them up and not to make my eyebrows thin. Well needless to say when I got up both of my eyebrows where extremely thin, one had an arch and the other was straight. I immediately told the tech I was displeased with them and she starts argument with me saying that's how I told her to do it. I was so pissed I just stopped talking. I paid them and left! I will never ever go back! If she would of just admitted to her mistake them I would of been okay with that! But to start and argument with a customer is crazy. It all comes down to customer service. After passing by this place many times, I decided to give it a try. I got my eyebrows waxed & a pedicure. I personally believe they did a great job with the waxing. They did what I asked for and were quick about it so it wasn't very painful. The pedicure itself was decently priced and they did a very good job, the tech didn't rush through or overlook any step. Looking at all the prices, I feel it has good prices for everything and I definitely will be returning next time I'm in town and need a pedicure or waxing done. read more
