I scheduled my LED teeth whitening appointment more than a week in advance, paid my $25 deposit, and showed up exactly as confirmed -- Monday, October 6th at 3:00 PM. No one was there. I knocked, called, and emailed several times with no response. Afterward, the owner tried to claim I was "confused" and changed my appointment to the next day -- after I had already shown up for the original date. My booking confirmation clearly shows October 6th at 3:00 PM, which proves otherwise. Trying to alter the date after the fact is simply dishonest. If a business can't be transparent or take responsibility for a simple appointment, I definitely wouldn't trust them to perform a medical or cosmetic procedure like teeth whitening. Integrity and professionalism matter -- and this experience showed neither.

Too big to be polite…read more I switched dentists to come to this practice. I had a cap come off my tooth and I called to have it glued back in. It was a simple job the hygienist could do. I was leaving town, I called them 3 times, computers down, call later. When I finally got thru, They were too busy for me. I called my old dentist, he took me right back. The front desk people are simply rude. I've been there 3 times and she was abrupt with me, and said sorry, we can't accommodate before you go out of town . I hung up in tears.

Dr. Skidmore stopped in to check things out and there was surprisingly nothing of great concern, other than getting back to finish up my way overdue cleaning. They even helped me out on pricing as I'm still uninsured and I really appreciated the compassion with every interaction. They never upcharge us for unnessesary treatments or procedures. Our last visit was for our 8-year old that absolutely didn't want to go to the dentist, but soon after entering the room and explaining what he was about to do, the dentist had our daughter on board and assisting. He was terribly rude and refused to listen to me and kept cutting me off to repeat himself. I think english must be a second language for him because he clearly did not understand my needs and the fact that he kept repeating himself (15 times I counted) shows he either had absolutely no understanding or he simply doesn't care. Either way he is an @$$ħ0!3 and everyone needs to know to avoid this place. Furthermore, the work he did on my tooth DID NOT fix my problem and I called the office and left a message to see how many days it should take to feel some kind of relief and they literally NEVER RETURNED MY CALL. I waited one week to the day before having posting this review hoping they would call me back but they NEVER DID FOR MORE THAN A WEEK! Thats an entire week in pain being IGNORED. The absolute worst experience I have EVER had at ANY dental office.
