Her plan for regulating my cycle involved flax seeds and sesame seeds- something I could definitely afford. In the past, I have worked with naturopaths who convince me to spend hundred of dollars on specific tests, and then committee to a supplement regime that costs hundred of dollars every month. While Dr. Masha did recommend supplements, they are all ones that I could afford.
