The pod itself can fit 2 if you go with your better half. In our case I decided to schedule us for different rooms so my bf could relax and enjoy the experience. There's a shower in the room to shower before(optional) and after the Float therapy. Towels are provided. I do recommend you take sandals for use when getting out of the pod. Float therapy is 60 mins but you can walk out at any time if you don't want to stay the 60mins in there. You do have the option to close the pod or leave pod open. Location itself is clean and have different services available. Both my bf and I came out relaxed.
