It is often difficult to get anyone to answer the phone, when they do it's typically a long wait. If they say they'll call back, they don't. The last two visits they've written down the wrong reason causing confusion for us and the Vet. They can never find our chart despite my name changing 4 years ago and filling out their paper for the update three times. Every visit is a new frustration, save yourself and go somewhere else.
