This was mainly because he had a lot of energy and we were making a lot noise to tire him out so our neighbors were not quite happy about it. Joan helped us relocate the puppy to a new home where the new owners have a house with a backyard which is great for the puppy. Needless to say she fully refunded us, which is what she had in our contract besides a few other important clauses that we came to appreciate at the end. We miss our puppy so much but we are grateful that we worked with Joan who takes a really good care of the puppies and customers. If I could give Joan more that 5 star here I would, but I can't so I took the time to leave this review here.

When said thieves would drop them, our dogs were on the complete other side of our acreage. Our dogs don't even go down the driveway. They gave me tickets, said they were dropped and I now have a bill for almost $300? Why? Also, they would come out, take the dogs trying to get thru our own front gate, knew they were ours and impounded them anyway, costing us hundreds every time.
