If there were negative stars, I would rate them below a 1. I ordered flowers for a funeral that should've been delivered the day before the service. Instead, they delivered the day and time of the service to the funeral home. They called and told me nobody was there. They called me as I was walking into the service and I told them they were a day late to just credit my account. They decided to go ahead and leave the flowers and told me they couldn't credit my account. When I called the flower shop, I spoke to the lady that took the order and she said she would credit our account. They then drove 10-15 miles to pick up the flowers after calling me to tell me the family was on their way. I would steer clear of this shop. I used them because they did all of the flowers for my dad's service several years ago. I know I won't be using them again. They should've owned their mistake and left the flowers and credited my account. IT WAS ALL WRONG!!! Wouldn't want to conduct business that way!! read more

Alost exact the same positive experience as the previous reviews. My son has ordered flowers from them for my birthday and Mother's Day for yrs. They've been beautiful arrangements. He's had very specific requests and they have created exactly what he asked, but I also had a problem not receiving a delivery this Mother's Day. I thought he'd forgotten me this yr :-) but since I hadn't said anything he me asked if I'd received them so I just found out. When I requested a rush order of a large memorial arrangement the good folks here gladly accommodated. An hour later they had created a spectacular large rose display and held to my budget also. I called from out of town to have some flowers delivered- They were friendly on the phone and very helpful. They offered same-day delivery to a school, when I called around noon, which was great! The reason it is four stars instead of five is because there was a $10 delivery fee and I wish that I had known about that when I was deciding how much to spend since I had mentioned that I was ordering on a budget- Otherwise, great service and I would use again. read more

I recieved some flowers from a friend from out of town and they were the MOST BEAUTIFUL flowers and lasted quite awhile. But the thing that caught my eye was the little lady bugs on the ribbons. I order Flowers from this florist for my mothers birthday. I live in a different state than OK, so I placed my order via online at their website. They had a wonderful site and great selection of product on display. Somehow the address info I typed in must have been incorrect, so when they went to deliver my moms flowers they had a rough time locating her building. Someone from the florist shop worked very diligently in finding my mothers correct address and getting her, her arrangement. I didn't even receive a call that there was an issue. Ordered flowers online with one of their Valentine's dozen rose arrangements. I requested they be delivered before 1:30pm on Valentine's Day (ordered the previous day in the morning). I also stated my wife would be leaving the location by 2pm in the comments when placing the order. The webpage never had a cutoff date or time for orders and no one contacted me to say they couldn't make the delivery by the time I requested. Valentine's Day is the one day of the year where flowers cost more than any other day and now my wife will not get her special gift until the day after valentine's. This is very upsetting and I will not use this company again! I suggest not using them if you want flowers delivered by a particular time. read more

I ordered flowers to be delivered to my wife for our 10th aniversary and was told they would be delivered right away. The order was placed around 11am. I was told they would be delivered right away because she worked so close tothe flower shop. At 4 P.M. I called my wife only to find out she had not received anything that day. Imagine my humiliation to have to ask her anything. I called the flower shop only to hear excuse after excuse of why the flowers wern't delivered. It was never asked of me how they could keep my buisness over this unacceptable transaction....this is how come small businesses fail so often. Ordered Valentine roses for my wife on Thursday to be delivered to her office on Friday. I wanted her to glow when all the people in the office saw the roses knowing she was loved and appreciated. Roses never came. I called and was told it "fell through the cracks." She assured me the roses would be delivered to my house the next morning. In fact, she said it "will be the first delivery of the day." By noon no roses. My wife and I had plans so we went to lunch and met friends later. I had it and was going to call for a refund since my wife never received her roses on Valentines Day. On Sunday morning (after the severe cold front came through) I went out to get my mail and there were the roses on the front porch in the corner wilted from the severe weather. Since I never use my front door I never saw the roses until Sunday and then they looked horrible. No call advising me they were delivered or where they were. Nothing.
