This year for Mother's Day I decided to go back with my old faithful florist Toni's Flowers & Gifts after my Valentine's Day debacle at another florist. I went on Thursday so my mom would get her flowers in enough time to enjoy them. I was greeted as soon as I walked in, to me that is excellent customer service, and asked if I needed any help. I told the lady that I wanted to get some flowers for my mom and have them delivered. I walked around and looked at some of the premade arrangements. They had a table set up with arrangements that had been paid for and for pickup and delivery. I looked around at that table to see if there was anything that I liked or struck me as beautiful enough for my mom. Indeed I did find such a beauty! Ms. Amanda had created this beautiful piece and so she said she would take care of it and create the same thing for my mom. Now I was praying that I got exactly what I requested and paid for especially after paying a pretty penny for Valentine's only not to get what I paid for with that other place. I can say after arriving at my mom's house after they had been delivered on Friday I can truly say that I got exactly what I paid for and then some! It was worth every penny that I paid for. I told the ladies at Toni's that Thursday that I had strayed away from home but that I was back for good. I meant that and I was more than pleased with the flowers because my mom was overjoyed with them. read more

Gorgeous flowers with a cross topper in remembrance of my father in law. They tried to deliver but we weren't home. Called and spoke to Toni's they asked if they could leave on porch and sure enough we got hole and this gorgeous arrangement was carefully set on our bench. Customer service was phenomenal. I was at a florist in Owasso wanting to send a bouquet to my daughter who just became a new mom (first grand for me). They highly recommended me to contact Toni's and I'm so happy I did. They asked what I would like and I told them the colors that my daughter likes (neutral with a little blue for baby) and she said they would take care of it. I gave the information and then about an hour later, the room number changed so I called back and they kindly updated it. My daughter told me it was the most beautiful bouquet she has received (and this is not the first one I've sent over the years for other occasions). As I was packing things up upon her discharge to give them a head start arriving home.....her one request was to "please put the bouquet in a prominent place to be seen as it is the prettiest one". 5 stars across the board for the beautiful flowers, the colors, the arrangement, and the customer service. As far as a flower shop goes this is an amazing place. They can do anything with anything! I ordered two bouquets for mother's day and I was amazed at the creation that went into this. It was a little higher than say your average flower shop or all of the "$19.99" flower sites on the internet. But you honestly get what you pay for at Toni's. Would never recommend or use again!!!! Placed a last minute order on a Tuesday for Friday pickup. 50th wedding anniversary centerpiece. Had photos and brought in own container. They didn't have exact flowers, but showed me similar flower and also close to the pink hue of colors. When the order was picked up, the roses were orange not pick like I was shown, and they were turning brown and dying on the tips. The " dusty Miller" that was in the manager , Stephanie, words - its a different type, of dusty Miller - which means not the same, was used. I explained and took pictures of what they showed me and Stephanie's rude reply was, " I know flowers and you obviously don't". I do know what I ordered though. Then the mal employee was rude to my friend that picked the order up. Told her that orange was written on the ticket. Orange was never discussed or brought up or even shown. My friend was made to feel obligated to pick up the order that we paid $75+ dollars for, even though she was not happy. The arrangement was no more than 8" round. I was told it would not be large due to the low size o the container, but to have an arrangement the size of the container was absurd. When I notified them of or displeasure o the items and that we needed to go to another florist on the way to the anniversary dinner, they said she shouldn't have left with it and to give them a chance to fix the issues. We were made to feel like we had to take them or we wouldn't have! Then I was told to call the shop so we could find a way to correct the problem. Now the person I was dealing with was pleasant and trying to be helpful, I will state that. When I called the next day and spoke to STEPHANIE, she was rude, bothered, annoyed and totally unprofessional as a business owner in the customer service industry! She was argumentative. She even knew that I had taken picture of the flowers hey showed me in the shop. The ones the put in the arrangement were not similar in color orange, not pink, tips were brown and dying and did not look fresh. I asked what we could do to correct the issues and her reply was, you should have cane back to let us fix them, again I told them we didn't have one because we were going to the anniversary dinner. She was telling and raising her voice over the phone trying to bulky me just as her employee bullied my friend when she picked up the order. Stephanie finally said she would refund us in full. Stephanie then said I don't know what your problem is you aren't out anything your getting your money back. Do not!!!! Use this florist!!! I feel bad for the employees that have to work with a rude tyrant that tries to bully their customers and is rude with the customer if they say something is not right. A long standing Tulsa business that need to have me management/owners or just be shut down! Please do not use them or you may have similar experiences that will ruin precious memories for you or your loved ones! read more

It's Saturday of Labor Day weekend at 11 and I forgot to order flowers for my 88 year old mother's anniversary which is tomorrow. While other florists in town didn't even answer their phones (though it was hours before their posted closing time), Toni's was open for business. At first, I was told the next available delivery date was Tuesday, as they were closed on Sunday and Monday was a holiday. But then Toni asked if it was a special occasion. When I explained the situations she gladly took the order and HAD IT TO MY MOTHER BY 1:30! When is the last time you saw customer service like that? Thanks for thinking of the customer. Toni's is a little higher priced than some, but they stock more exotic flowers and show greater creativity in their arrangements than almost any place around. I received a bouquet from Toni's as a gift and I will tell you, it is the most beautiful and best smelling bouquet I have ever received. The flowers are exquisite and I seriously can't get over how pretty and fresh looking they are (even several days out now from when I received them). I came home from work today and as soon as I walked in the door I smelled their beautiful fragrance from across the room and more of them are opening and blooming each day. I was in tulsa with short notice for a family funeral- on the day of the service, I was able to go into Toni's and be helped immediately, and graciously as I was naturally flustered. Not only were they professional, it turns out out other family members were already using them that day- but adding in my varied orders and needs did not ruffle a feather of these women. I no longer live in Tulsa, but have family there and I have used Toni's as my go-to for 25+ years. Sometimes if you get a new employee or trainee you may have to push past them to get somebody more experienced, but I have never had a bad arrangement. This year I ordered a spray for a funeral I was unable to attend and the family was so taken back by how beautiful the arrangement was they called me that evening to thank me personally. Flowers do provide comfort when done the way Toni does them. A couple of months later, I walked in with my family when we were headed to the cemetery to inter my mother's ashes and they jumped right to addressing all our special requests without any prior notice. We had one fairly new employee that was a little slow on the uptake but she was being supervised and the supervisor quickly stepped in to help. Thank God for a local florist that does not fill a vase with baby's breath and carnations! Every town has a floral shop and this one is Tulsa's. It took me years to find this place, so I hope it helps some weed out the disappoints. The store is on the high end of Tulsa florists, so I guess that is why the use hydrangea instead of baby's breath, but it is so worth it. I have had them send some small things to some large tropical, funky arrangements and they have yet to let me down. If you are in Tulsa and need some uplifting, stop at Toni's and enjoy the smell of spring, but anytime. It is my place for happy. read more

Since I lived in California, I wanted to send my mother some flowers from a local florist in Tulsa for her birthday. I told the lady on the phone that I wanted to spend about $100 plus delivery fee for a tropical flower arrangement. I asked her what would be included. She said some orchids, anthuriums, and other tropical flowers/foliage. Although my mother was grateful, the arrangement was very unimpressive. It had one stem of cymbidium orchids, hydrangea, and red gerbera daisies with evergreen leaves and a couple stems of tropical leaves. I really love flowers and am very picky, but I feel pretty ripped off. The evergreen foliage and gerbera daisies neither match nor are they tropical. I was expecting anthuriums like the lady said she'll put in there. Lastly, the arrangement itself was not creatively put together. I really want to support local businesses and don't want to give the middle man (e.g. FTD) my money, but I probably would not order from this place again. read more

my husband and I just celebrated our first anniversary this weekend. we spent our wedding night in Tulsa while traveling back to our home from our wedding location. we thought it would be nice to go back to tulsa for a short, fun weekend. my husband surprised me by having an arrangement of flowers waiting for me in our hotel room. he was more surprised than I was, because they were not the flowers he asked for. he specifically asked for white ranunculus' and instead we got about 4 ranunculus' total that were yellow and orange. the arrangement also had greenery and yellow and pink roses. it was a small arrangement, actually smaller than my wedding bouquet that had lots of ranunculus' and David Austin roses and it was more expensive than my wedding bouquet. my husband paid $78 for the arrangement and it was wrong. not happy customers and most definitely won't be buying from them again. read more

I have seen Toni's do some amazing work, but my husband recently sent me flowers from there that were really disappointing. He picked an arrangement from a picture online, and the arrangement I received was a very loose interpretation of this picture. The quality and freshness of the flowers seemed good, although some were fresher than others. I'll just say it did not look like a $150 arrangement. I think it is hit or miss. You might be best off actually going into the shop and making sure you get what you want. They really are capable of stunning arrangements. read more

I recently called Toni's from out-of-state to order flowers for someone in the hospital. The employee on the phone was very friendly and efficient. Even though the website said that orders after 12pm would not be delivered until the next day, she assured me the flowers would be delivered within a few hours (and they were). The recipient (and her visitors) raved about the arrangement ($60 get-well yellow bouquet). I am most impressed by the fact that, one week later, there are new blooms just opening and the arrangement still looks fresh and beautiful. I ordered a floral bouquet centerpiece for my dining room table for our daughters engagement party, and brought in my own cut glass container. I went to pick up on Saturday and was disappointed, there were no white gerber daisies which was discussed. The ticket clearly did not have that information and the greenery was not right. Toni said she would fix it, I left to pick up cupcakes, came back and wow she fixed it!!!! The white gerber daisies, blue hydrangea, white roses and greenery were perfect.
