DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM WILD ORCHID FLORIST OR TULSA BLOSSOM BOYS!!! Wild Orchid Florist directs you to Tulsa Blossom Boys. I ordered a $200 arrangement of flowers for my Mom on Mother's Day. They took my money and no flowers were ever delivered. I tried calling one of the numbers on the website and got an answer, I talked to a guy who said his name was Dylan (probably fake) told him my issue then "Dylan" claimed "oh, I'm at my 2nd job, I'll call Matt and tell him to call you." Surprise, Surprise, no one ever called.I tried calling the numbers for several days and no one answers or calls roll directly into VM. Tried sending an email to the one listed on website. Guess what? It is an invalid email, it just bounces back. I checked my CC statement and found the charge went to a company called Cattails and Calla Lillies and it has a different phone number, that number is no good too. I've filed a dispute with my CC company and I plan to file a complaint with BBB. Don't know if I'll get my money back, however, I hope it will prevent others from falling prey to these criminals. Update: 5/24/2026 Went to BBB website to file a complaint and when I entered "Tulsa Blossom Boys" or "Wild Orchid Florist" nothing came up. The BBB website can't locate anything on this so called "Business" Hopefully someone will check my review before buying anything from here. read more

I saw the 4 star overall review and decided to buy from them for delivery to wife during Valentine's day, since she only works 8 minutes away from their location. they are horrible. I spent 170.00 for 12 premium roses and they looked worse than Walmart's roses. When i tried to call them i couldn't get a hold of anyone the entire day. When they called me back they said they just sent their delivery guy out and that was about 4:30 pm. My wife got the roses on her way out from work. she took a photo of them and I was pretty disappointed. I then came to read the reviews and noticed all their latest reviews were trash. Totally unprofessional with major attitude! I went for a quote yesterday afternoon and spoke with Matt. He had a bit of an attitude which I let slide - everyone can have a bad day. He wrote down all the event information, color choices, vases etc. I called back today to go ahead with the $600+ order and he started asking me the same questions as if we have never met YESTERDAY. When I expressed my concern about him asking these questions he had the audacity to say "is this an inconvenience?" Wow, just wow. Really disappointed and sad. My husband purchased 3 dozen roses for me for our anniversary/Valentines Day. He picked them up after work Friday, came immediately home and I put them in water. We could tell they were not super fresh because they were quite a bit opened and the tips of them were wilted. A few had brown petals on the outside. The thorns were still on the roses, which surprised us, but it was fine. Today, (barely two days later) they are brown, wilted and 9 of them "burst" as I was changing out the water. I had to throw 12 away because they were totally wilted or had fallen apart. My mom is a florist back home and I know how to take care of flowers. These should have lasted longer than two days. I am so bummed, especially since these were $326.00 and didn't even last us until Valentines Day. read more

Update: It appears that back in November, 2017, our beloved Shirley sold the business to new folks. I tried to call and place an order the other day and the lady said she is the new owner was extremely rude and unprofessional. I guess I'll take my $1500 a year flower allowance somewhere else. I have been looking for a florist and thought about this place. After I saw the flowers they delivered to my family for their anniversary I will look elsewhere. They did a spray for my son's memorial. The flowers were beautiful but delivered 40 minutes late. Most of the guests were already there. Then I get home and I'm checking email and they had sent an email asking if my son liked his flowers. It was a little bit of a shock. I knew it was probably automatic but there should be a way for them to opt out of these going out for funerals. When I called to tell them they basically said there's nothing they can do about it. I would assume funerals are a fairly significant part of their business. They should understand emails like this shouldn't be sent to the family. Rude staff. Wrong flowers. Ordered a dark boutonniere for brother for prom. Prepaid and pre-ordered three weeks in advance. He went to pick up and was given a off-white lily. Spoke to the staff on the phone and was rudely told they were just too busy last night and didn't have the time to create the right item. I am no longer going to do business with nor would recommend anyone get their flowers from Wild Orchid, especially for a wedding. From the beginning, the florist didn't understand my vision. When I would show her pictures, she said that would be hard to recreate, because 'they always put the best things on the Internet'. At that point I no longer wanted to do business with her, but felt locked in because my future in laws were contributing and had highly recommend her. So our next meeting I brought a friend that knows more about flowers than I do. We asked for no yellow sunflowers. But we got tons of them in displays. We had trouble with the arch due to our rental company not setting it up correctly. The florist not having completed the job comes to me and said, I've got to go in 5 minutes. No, you need to stay and finish the arch!! That is why we paid her! She ended up leaving and a relative finished the flowers for her!!! I had stopped by the shop the day before to drop off supplies. Thank god I did because she was using the ugliest basket she had to decorate my walkway entrance. She thought they were going inside another container. In the end, I feel like she was not a creative person at all. She's just an older lady that likes plants. So if you want a dated look with flowers you don't want that look like grandma put them together, then this is the place. read more

Wild Orchid did an excellent job on a rather large order for our family. We used a red, white, and blue theme for a relative's funeral service. The standing sprays, vases, table top wreath, and everything else they provided us were all stunning. They coordinated multiple orders to look wonderful together. I reached out to Wild Orchid 1.5 weeks before Mother's day to request a bouquet to be delivered to my Aunt any time before Mother's day. I had not worked with them before but decided to go with a local business to help support the local economy. I gave them my budget, told them they could create a bouquet of their choosing, provided a Mother's day note to put on the card, and told them that they live in a gated community, and provided my Aunt's phone number to call ahead of time to make sure they would be home in order to let them through the gate. Wild Orchid assured me that they had experience with gated communities, so this wouldn't be a problem. Two days after Mother's day, Wild Orchid called and said that they would be delivering the bouquet today. I asked why they didn't deliver it by Mother's day, and they said that they didn't know, but thought it was supposed to be delivered after Mother's day which was untrue. At first they said that they would see where the disconnect was, and within minutes retracted that and said that they would go ahead and cancel the whole order and refund me after I requested a partial refund for not delivering the bouquet by Mother's day. Now, my Aunt got nothing for Mother's day, and Wild Orchid preferred to just dismiss the whole thing without even trying to make it right. I will never use them again! read more
