I wish I had gone in sooner! The clothes Sue carries are for women of ALL ages. Super cute clothes that flatter all of us, no matter our age or style. Sue, herself, is wonderful and so helpful in pulling clothes out for customers to try. Her eye is impeccable. Sue's Shoppe is one of very few in the county that carries higher quality clothes, and I have yet to go into the store and leave without purchasing something. Support local instead of online shopping!

Well, I was in Sutter creek a few days ago and decided to stop into this shop and see what they…read morehad. The owner was there and she was very nice and very accommodating, I bought a cute outfit. I was very happy with my purchase. Upon checkout there was a little discrepancy in price. She gave me the wrong total and undercharged me about thirty bucks. No big deal, it was a little off-putting, but mistakes happen. As I was leaving we had a nice courteous conversation and then as we stepped outside the door I told my husband " i don't think i'm gonna go to that other store', because we were headed down to the mercantile to look at the clothes there. Well, fast forward a couple of days, I decided to call Renee and see what her return or exchange policy was on a pair of pants that I bought. I explained who I was and what I wanted to do and she said that she didn't think I was gonna come back to her store anymore because she heard me say that when I left, "I wasn't going to go back to that store anymore". And I said, I think you misheard incorrectly, because I did not say that. And she says, I know there was a problem with the pricing when we went to pay? And I said, yeah, well, that was no big deal. She said, I heard you tell your husband as you were leaving the store that you were going to come back in here anymore. I explained to her that that was not the case at all and That was a misunderstanding. At that point, renee should have said, okay, well, i'm glad to know that you wanna come back to my shop and do some more shopping and I would love to have you back. My store hours are blah blah blah. Instead, she said kept up with her side of the story and the opinion that I said I would never patronize that store again, which was simply untrue. This simple misunderstanding, could have been resolved so much more easily, if she had just invited me back to her store and said, i'm so sorry for the misunderstanding. Instead she stuck to her story. Sorry, but I will choose to take my business to other shops in the area and skip this one.

Bonnie's Sutter Creek Boutique is a great place for women's clothing on the main street in town…read more Two doors down from the Sutter Creek Theatre, you can find so many wonderful things there, for women of all ages. The gals who work there are really pleasant to deal with, and make you feel at ease in their store. I was fortunate enough to happen in and found some really comfortable bras, the Coobie Bras. It's the most comfortable bra I have worn, and they carry a wonderful range of sizes and colors. I bought one in black, and liked it so much that I called and ordered 3 more in other colors. Unfortunately, the US Postal Service made a mistake and returned the package undeliverable. But when I called and spoke with Sue at Sutter Creek Boutique, she consulted with the owner and they immediately sent out another set of bras to me, with an additional bra included as a gift! How lovely is that? I really appreciated their attentive care and that they did this so quickly! I highly recommend Bonnie's Sutter Creek Boutique, lovely selection, good prices and very friendly, ethical people! A fantastic combination!
