We decided to try this place because it was nearby, Yelp offered 10% off, and the other salon that we passed absolutely reeked of chemicals just standing in the doorway. A regular manipedi is priced $40 + tip with cash. I'm told it's a few dollars more with credit card. However, it should have been less. They refused to honor the 10% off deal from yelp. They just said that they weren't doing that anymore, which is fine, but then they should change their Yelp page. The offer was a factor in choosing this place. My nails came out mostly ok. On 2 nails, there are a few small bumps that look like nail particules (from filing) weren't cleaned off and ended up being painted on. 2 nails also already have a divot/tiny scrape. I understand it takes forever for regular polish to dry completely, but 1 divot happened several hours later and I'd only carefully reached into my purse. There are also some edge spots that aren't fully painted. My fingernails mostly have good/even coverage, but my toenails are uneven and clearly not smooth in spots. My friend's nails have some of the same issues, plus the fingernail polish is bubbling up. She thinks the polish might be poor quality since the color she wanted wasn't available with the Opi or Essie brand. I might have given 3 stars for just my nails since the flaws aren't obvious from a distance, but combined with the bubbling on my friend's nails (and how much she hates it) and not honoring the Yelp offer, I dropped a star. read more

I heard of Lady's Nail Bar via word of mouth. Although it was 20 minutes away from my home, I decided to make the trip out to Little Village to get my nails done. Overall, I was incredibly impressed with how well my nail artist was able to recreate what I wanted with a picture. She was attentive, paid attention to detail and accommodated what I had requested for my nails. She did an absolutely beautiful job! I got a no-chip manicure with rhinestones and design for $33. It was an absolute steal and worth every penny. I will continue to go to Lady's Nail Bar for all of my nail needs. read more

I was able to make appmnt via FB. Very convenient. I prefer making appmnts when getting nails done. It lets me know that tech will have the availability and time. My nail tech was Rubi. She is lovely and professional in addition to being experienced and meticulous. She did an awesome job. I showed her pintinterest ideas and she knew right away what I wanted. I love the relaxation of getting my nails done. I will definitely return. Price was great for soak and no chip. Rubi and her fellow techs do lots of nail art. I saw the woman's acrylic set who had her nails done before me by Rubi. Beautiful. I prefer my nails short and no chip and was given exactly what I wanted. However, if you are a nail art connoiseiure then this is your place. My expectations weren't too high seeing how they only have 3 stars, but let me tell you I was impressed! I called before going because I was expecting a long wait seeing it was the middle of the day on a Saturday. I was told they weren't too busy and that I could come in. As soon as you walk in you are greeted by all the nail techs, which makes you feel welcomed. They took care of me as soon as I was done choosing a nail color. My tech was really nice and knowledgeable. I am very happy with the results. They take cash and card but there is a fee ($3) for using a card. The lady at the front desk was extremely rude. She spoke very meanly and was mad that the appointment that SHE booked for me was the wrong service. She proceeded to charge me a "nail shape fee" for changing the "shape" of the nails I wanted, even though I showed her a picture of exactly what I wanted. The French tip was messy and flat, and she took over two hours for incredibly simple. They were extremely rough, smacking my hands and punching me. She called me a bitch in Spanish cus she thought I couldn't understand. Really rude. DONT GO HERE UNLESS U WANT TO GET HIT WITH A DOOR. I wish this was a joke but it's the sad reality. It's 530pm and I walk in there's one lady getting her nails done one getting a pedicure and the lady doing the nails tells me they are not taking anymore people!!! They're appointments only, which was nice because there was only 3 customers & 3 employees allowing for sufficient space for everyone. They took your temperature upon arrival & had you instantly sanitize your hands. The lady was super sweet and friendly. The job however could be better. The polish is streaky in some nails and there are bubbles in others. It also doesn't looked like the polish cured all the way. My pedi is fine, except the color is not as bright as I would of liked it to be. I feel that my nails are two very different shades of the same color. I guess it was all worth the price. read more

First impression is everything. With that said I walked in and I wasn't greeted by any of the staff I had to say good morning before any of them took notice of me. I was a walk in and was asked if I had an appointment. And they didn't look too thrilled by that. There was only 3 nail tech's available and they were all with clients. It took about 10 minutes to get me to the chair to get a pedicure which was pretty reasonable. But my pedicure alone took over an hour! Then I went to get myself a gel manicure and again it took well over an hour and to top it off not every nail tech knows how to to everything. Overall the nails do look nice but I feel like the techs need alittle more experience and they are under staffed. I got a French tip on both my manicure and pedicure and two flowers on both my ring fingers. Total cost: $49 plus 10% discount when you check in $44 and they didn't seem too happy to give me the discount. read more

First time here, walked in and out. It took roughly 30min for a no chip. I saw the stars they had on yelp and decided to try. They do not take off all the dead skin off of your nails. Worst nail salon experience EVER. Decided to give this cute, little place a try. Well? What a huge mistake. Should have walked right out after barely being acknowledged. I arrived at about 2:20 p.m and was told we would have to wait, since they had to take care of their appointments first. No problem. Understandable. There were about three ladies ahead of us and didn't think it would take so long. We were WRONG. My cousin was attended first. Forty-five minutes later I was finally getting my pedicure. We were then made to wait to get full sets. I kid you not the entire process took hours! We were done close to 6:00 p.m! Why! The girls there are so slow and they love to gossip while talking care of their customers. All that time wasted for such a mediocre job. NEVER AGAIN! Another thing, I did not feel comfortable them taking my credit card into their back room. Why can't they just have that done in their front desk where customers can see. This place is the worst. Had to call back today to complain about nail polish already chipped! The lady on the phone, NANCY, was so rude and sarcastic. Will be contacting the owner soon. NO STARSSS THE WORST EVER! The experience i had was crazy. It seemed like the girl had just started cosmetology school!! STARTED NOT FINISHED!!! I had to re file my nails before she was gonna put the too coat on my toes. Because she just clipped them with the nail clippers and did not file after!! She was also using a regular nail filer to buff my nails....I told her i like my nails longer not cut down to much. SHE DIDNT LISTEN and i have like almost nubs. Im sooooooo disappointed in the service Here. I didnt even let her put color in my toes i said i wanna pay and go ! The rest of the staff was so shady and rolling there eyes.
