When I asked her to extend one of my natural nails, she put a tip UNDERNEATH my natural nail and caked some acrylic gel on top and STILL managed to make the nail shorter than the rest. The top coat was streaked and dried in ripples on some of the nails and one of the tips she installed was crooked and digging into my skin. MANAGEMENT OFFERED NO REAL REASOLUTION !! When I arrived there were 2 people ahead of me. I waited and then a third customer from out of nowhere sat down to have her browns done. I protested but was told she was seated in the other side of the salon. I let that go. Then 2 other people jumped the line. When it was finally my turn, I explained to the woman that I wanted a medium tint. She said "OK." she removed hair initially with tape. Then, she applied the wax. There had to be a few stubborn hairs which she began to remove with a blade. I told her I didn't want that type of removal; please reapply the wax. She complied. When it came to the tint, while I had requested a medium shade of dye, she applied a very dark shade and totally exaggerated my brows. I expressed my displeasure. When it was time to check out, I was told they ONLY ACCEPTED CASH for those services. I had none and was forced to use a use an out-of-network ATM for an extra service fe fee. I will not be going back to this salon.

I've let several "nail technicians" service me over the years and to my surprise this young lady is "The Best nail tech" that I have been serviced by since being introduced to this "self care service" and that is no lie, I don't lie or "bear false witness" (Exodus 20:16) because I AM a "Spiritual" Leader NOT a "Religious" Leader. Come to find out she's also a "Humble Humanitarian Servant" in our community. 1wk ago today on my bday decided to pamper myself as I haven't been to a nail shop in over 5 months…read moredue to a bad car accident. I considered this location as a referral from a beauty supply worker who unfortunately was not available when I called to get the exact tech she had seen. So as I walked thru the door of the shop I saw someone waiting who luckily looked like she had just finished her nails , so I asked who did she see and who she considered the best tech. She said Peter, then Johnny but Peter had someone already so I decided Johnny would be ok. I asked what service she had ie acrylic , gel , ?? She said powder so I figured I better get the same to achieve the same look . Playing it safe I stated short , plain white nails with maybe one nail decorated on each hand with silver or gold glitter. He asked did I like rhinestones and I responded yes., as I recalled the young lady at beauty supply had a short nail with rhinestones trimmed along edge like a French . Well I received nails on each hand decorated with a shape of rhinestones that I did not particularly like, one fully silver glitter nail on each hand , with two rhinestones at the cuticle of the remaining nails. I then head back for my pedicure . Again I stated simple girl , white toes would be fine. He asked if he could put silver glitter on top and I find out why. The white on my toes is chalky white , while the supposed white on my hands is actually more off white or beige... it doesn't match!! But I'm still loving on me and get eyebrows done. This was actually the service I had no problems with. Get to the register and find my bill to be $175 , wow?!?! What the heck did I get ? A full set of what I thought was powder with a gel coat, the lowest pedi and eye brow arch .. oh i guess I got mega charged for these rhinestones that I don't even like. I tip anyway Cause I know what it's like to work in service industry . Well the very next day, rhinestones begin to come off and continue to do so daily , but I'm not house cleaning, I'm enjoying my bday weekend. Then I notice my middle finger right hand feels loose on side , only to have the whole nail come off exactly one week later!! I go back to shop , mention my issue and my tech is not in and they said if I get nail replaced I would be charged or I could wait until tomorrow to see if he will Do n/c. Wow- and this is why I stopped spending my money with shops like these. $186 wasted and they can't replace 1 freaking nail at n/c !!! #feelinghurt #$wasted

He rushed to do them and my nails are all different lengths, bulky, and sloppy. At the end my hands had polish all over therm and the nails were not at all what I have experienced coming here. The older woman was really rough on my feet as well. I got up with my cuticles aching and bleeding. I would still recommend this place, just won't sit in their chairs again. Service isn't bad and pricing is affordable seeing that they only use no-chip.
