He had answers to all my questions and I had many of them! It is not an easy decision to switch insurance companies. And there are so many agents out there. But I felt very comfortable talking to him. He was honest and did not try to sweet-talk me. He was able to give me a quote within 15 minutes of talking. A quote that saved me more than I thought possible. And there was no pressure after he gave the quote. He told me to take time and think about switching if I needed to. And that is rare these days. There is always pressure everywhere you go to make a decision that minute. I also know I could have still switched to State Farm but found another State Farm agent. But I really like Glenn.
