On top of that, service is consistently very slow. While the employees are kind, there doesn't seem to be much sense of urgency, and the workspace behind the counter appears poorly organized. You can see employees constantly walking back and forth, making the whole process seem inefficient. We genuinely enjoy supporting local businesses, but it seems the new owners still have some work to do when it comes to operations and overall customer experience. We gave it multiple chances, but unfortunately, we won't be returning.

The staff super friendly and fast! They offer all sorts of ice cream treats from hard serve to soft serve and everything in between. Big fan of the Oreo soft serve and the portions are GIANT. I ordered a medium and ended up getting a small after I realized how big the serving was. They have a walk up window and a drive through. It might seem like the line will be slow because of how busy they are but I got through it super fast. Open until 9pm and Cash only! Remember to tip your servers.

The owner is always helpful and honest about the different kinds of trees, telling us about what ones hold their needles better, what's going to smell the best, etc. We originally started going there because my husband lived right there on 44th street, but we've lived in Jenison now for about 5 years and still drive over because we love the experience so much.
