Well, when you are in 'Baghdad' Indiana (as my Boo likes to refer to it), you won't be getting any access to a Lyft nor an Uber!!! I mean, we sat for an hour or more watching the Lyft Driver Tracker to see if someone would pick up the request!! When we realized it was simply not gonna happen, I jumped on Yelp and started looking for an alternate solution! And, low and behold, Chancey's Magic Cab appeared in the Top 10 results! How refreshing it was to get an actual human being on the phone to address my call! Wow! That was the first impressing thing I noticed! Then, I called needing a ride ASAP, and CMC was able to accommodate immediately!! Say what now??? I am feeling really good about this! I was so excited, I forgot to ask for details! With Lyft and 'them' (aka Uber), you know who will be picking you up, the make & model of their car, can track how long it takes until they arrive, etc. as it appears on the screen! This transaction was all the way old school! So, I called back and asked, how will I know when the driver will be here? The Dispatcher, who was very polite and kind, said, "Matt is your driver, and I gave him your number and name, and he will call you once he gets close." As simple as that! As stated, Matt did call when he was 5 minutes away! My Love really enjoyed the drive with Matt! He was accommodating, friendly, and kind! Provided great conversation along the way! Thanks, Matt and Chaney's Magic Cab, for your exceptional service!!! So remember, folks, when you can't get a Lyft or an Uber, don't forget about the OG Taxi cab services!! You may find it pleasantly surprising how efficient and easy it is to secure a ride the old school way!

We called Chaney for taking our boy and his friends from the university to the place they wanted to…read morego to for the weekend. He reassured us that he will drive them and back safely; the rates were on par with others. He surprised the boys with a limo to and fro, and they went in full comfort. The best part was he called us up once he dropped them off, and it was such a relief. The prices were pre-decided and there were no surprises. Would definitely use this service in future.

But nearly every time I call, I schedule a cab at least an hour ahead as to avoid wait time. They are always at least ten minutes late, which in turn makes me late for work. I hate being the person to complain, but I have been late to work so many times and today was the last time. I called for a cab at nine, to show up at eleven thirty. By twelve thirty, they still weren't here and when I called kept saying ten more minutes. I won't be using A2B again.

Time passed and I reached back out to dispatch because no one showed. The dispatch tells me driver left because he called me and a guy answered and said they didn't order a taxi. Instead of verifying the number and maybe calling me back they cancel my ride. So I ask where the driver is now due to me about to be late for work. Dispatch says 5-8 mins. Not even 5 mins later the driver finally calls the correct number and says he is now in West Lafayette and it's traffic so my tardiness is basically not his problem. All and all terrible experience no one's apologetic for THEIR mistake. HIGHLY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. The driver alone had a very nasty attitude.

Website shows a Lincoln under Fleet and is described as "luxurious fleet of vehicles," and I was picked up in a black Impala Sedan that had crumbs in the seats and a trunk dirty with grass. I talked to the company owner who insisted the Impala was a 2020 and nice car, but I use airport service often and this was not an acceptable vehicle for this type of service- it did not have the feel of a high end, luxury vehicle inside, both in the quality of the interior nor the ride. I would recommend using another airport car service company if you are looking for the "luxury" experience this company claimed to deliver. The owner did apologize but did not offer anything further to compensate for the experience.
