He was at 1201 South 48th Street at the Vermont Library. Someone saw him passed out and called his sister's with his mobile telephone. I live in Henderson Nevada which made it difficult to send paramedics to him in California. I was finally able to connect with a very understanding and sympathetic dispatcher in California. After explaining the situation to her she sent the Fire truck yo see about my brother. When they arrived my brother says they checked his BP and told him to go home and rest. Well he immediately called me and I called for them to return He says they told him he just wanted a bed to sleep in and if he called one more time they would have him arrested FOR abusing the emergency system. Well you DUMB ASSES MY BROTHER IS STILL IN THE HOSPITAL AND MAY HAVE TO UNDERGO OPEN HEART SURGERY.
