It took about one year, but he won the case for her. No one else even wanted to touch the case because of the complexity. He was very thorough. He communicated with her every step of the way. Would highly recommend him for any complicated work place issue.

Following law school Walt clerked for United States District Court Judge Raymond J. Pettine. Some of the options he presented were better than others, but at least he was honest and up front about the pros and cons to each option. Unfortunately Attorney Fairweather passed away a few months later. I requested to meet with a new attorney at Hawks Quindel. The firm made me pay an additional consultation fee to meet with the second attorney, which I thought was odd. After less than an hour in the office, the second attorney told me that I didn't have a case. Not only was I out one, but two consultation fees, and left exactly where I started. Today, I read an article where an attorney at Hawks Quindel is representing a volunteer who is suing a non-profit organization (a volunteer rescue squad) because he felt that he should be paid for his volunteer service. While I wholeheartedly agree that Paramedics deserve good pay, that volunteer KNEW what he was signing up for when he applied to be a volunteer. After looking into said volunteer, I see that he has felony convictions for Medicare fraud, in which he was ordered to pay over a MILLION dollars in unearned fraudulent claims. So he turns to suing a volunteer run ambulance service to pay back his debts? I don't think so. Hawks Quindel should be ashamed of themselves for representing a professional con artist. Needless to say, I would NOT recommend this firm.

During that time, I had to repeatedly call and email, and eventually had to escalate the matter to senior leadership just to get him to speak with me. When we finally connected, he attempted to talk me out of the very case he was under contract to handle--after ghosting me for over three months. Now I am left dealing with statutory limitations due to the delay and am forced to find a new attorney. This has been an extremely unprofessional experience, and I would strongly advise others not to work with him or this firm.

Paul's ability to navigate around areas of trouble, think outside the box, and, most importantly, provide sound planning to avoid rough waters, have been invaluable. Past the statute of limitations and this guy agrees to extend them without my consent! Forged documents! Deleted document! Purposely omitted documents! He doesn't even mention that the hospital was in contempt for not producing the documents that requested in the subpoena. Poor investigation skills. This guy failed to notice the hospital created an account under my name just prior to everything. There was so much wrong with how this dolt handled my case that I cannot even hardly begin to get into it here. I will say this; SAD, DISAPPOINTED, SCAM, WEAK,AVOID, AVOID, AVOID, AVOID, AVOID, AVOID, AVOID, AVOID AVOID AT ALL COST. I will file a complaint with the OLR over this embarrassment to the legal community.
