They didn't win the appeal, the Wisconsin Court of Appeals wasn't interested in a black man denied his parental rights because he was black the only crime. They stood by and attempted to force the Prosecutor to correct the record, " they used falsified document to take the Blackmans parental rights. They preserved the file and his freedom which the Waushara players continue to make crap up, failing on each attempt now 13 years. They face that same group and stood the ground; acknowledging the civil rights violations. Those are good guys, and they do good work, it the courts and the new republican's way that is the real issue. They help.

Four years later when I fould out that a lot of the debt wasn't included in the chapter 7 due to my poor attorney I had to file a 5 year chapter 13 bankruptcy. The kicker was because I filled chapter 7 so close to 13 they couldn't discharge my debit so I ended up still owing people and having to pay it back. Not only that, they screwed up and told me I had completed everything and should just wait for my discharge. Two months later and multiple phone calls to them asking if everything was good as it was taking so long, they said to continue waiting and that they had talked to the trustee who said everything was good and to just keep waiting. I then decided to call the trustee to find out it was delayed because I didn't take a debt counseling class my attorney failed to tell me about. Once I paid to take the class I had to wait another 30 days longer to finalize my bankruptcy. Do yourself a favor and pick any other attorney on Google rather than these clowns.

I had an awful experience with this law office when I filed a chapter 128 in 2017. Communication…read morethroughout was poor and the attorney who handled it, Shane Cigel, appeared quite inconvenienced with being assigned my case (which I assume was due to the measly $1100 fee they charged me to file which - in my opinion - was grossly overpriced.) I made multiple attempts (actually around 10 with documentation to prove it!) via email requesting updates during the proceedings which all went unanswered by good ol' boy Shane. I even appealed directly to THE man himself - yes, I am talking about Greg Dantzman of Dantzman and Dantzman - who also chose not to address my concerns. I actually did complete the 36 months of payments however upon dismissal of the debts, things became even worse. I was never mailed the order of dismissal or any court records that could substantiate the debt was paid off. Instead, I continued to receive debt collection notices after the the fact which I did report to my main man Shane "I could give two f***s" Cigel who again, never responded to me. So, why am I writing a review on these shmucks over 2 years after the chapter 128 was completed? Good question! Because I just received a debt collection notice via email today from one of the companies I paid off in 2020! I seriously question the integrity of this law firm and if they even followed up with any of the companies with the order of dismissal. Per the folks I just spoke to trying to collect the debt - they actually have no record of any dismissal orders being sent to them! Moral of the story: I would urge you to look elsewhere for legal services and would not waste a penny on these fools. Now I get to spend my day off tomorrow going to the Milwaukee County Courthouse & attempt to obtain court documents and begin cleaning up the mess these shysters made! Thanks Dantzman & Dantzman!
