with only put one star because it won't let me put zero this was the worst experience I've had with the hospital. I went to the ER on April 20 with a UTI that have been gone ongoing for a week. I was not getting any better. I was hurting my urine had been positive at my PCP the morning, but Dr. Scott McMasters came into my room told me my urine was fine. It had a few white blood cell count and that he guesses we could run some IV fluids. And do a scan.i told him that I had a kidney disease called medually sponge kidney at which time he told me he didn't know what that was i told him the medical name Cacchi Ricci Disease and he just shook his head again. He made me feel dismissed like how I was feeling, didn't matter to the point that I left AMA when I left AMA the nurse said your leavaing Ama walked out came back gave me a paper to sign and sent me out the door. The doctor never came back in to speak with me about what leaving Ama could mean the next day. I went back to my PCP and she ordered a bilateral renal ultrasound, which turned out that I had a 4 mm kidney stone also my kidney infection had gotten worse my lab showed I was going septic so they let a patient leave their ER that was going septic. This is not the kind of hospital. I want to be associated with so unfortunately this hospital will never get a good review and I will be going to file a grievance against the ER as well as Dr. Scott Mcmaster I have text to my daughter showing what time he came in and told me about my urine what time I left and what time my labs posted showing I was going septic he knew about my labs when he told me about my urine. And did not menttion this . This hopital needs extreme help on oatient care!!! read more

I recently had a 2-day stay at Tennova LaFollette Medical Center, and I cannot express my gratitude enough. From the moment I arrived, I was met with professionalism, compassion, and thoroughness that truly made a difference in my recovery. During my stay, I had the privilege of interacting with two nursing teams, each leaving a lasting impression and providing exceptional care: Leah (Liv) and Becky: These two incredible caregivers stood out. Their personalities were uplifting, and their care was second to none. If you're lucky enough to have them attend to you, consider yourself in excellent hands. Sit back and enjoy the show. Huge personalities and a pleasure to be around. Rumor has it, Leah might be a Jedi. May the Force be with You! Brooke and Olivia: While different from Leah and Becky, Brooke and Olivia were equally personable and caring. Their reserved demeanor didn't diminish their dedication to patient well-being.  Dr. Cook and Dr. Robbins played a crucial role in my care. Their thoroughness and attention to detail may well have saved my life. I am forever grateful. Despite hearing negative rumors about this facility over the years, my first hand experience shattered those misconceptions. Tennova LaFollette Medical Center is where compassionate professionals thrive, and patients receive exceptional care. I wouldn't hesitate to return if needed. Acknowledgment to the Nurses...
