    Firmware update 10 times never replaced

    Purchase my 2021 Arcadia from La Fontaine had white paint under the clear coat before I took delivery made an appointment to have the tailgate repainted when I showed up they didn't have a loaner car and asked me why I had a second heart to drive. Firmware has been upgraded 10 times in the radio navigation cuts out all the time Android auto doesn't work and now FM doesn't work what a piece of junk

    Here's the correspondence from GM confirming that the dealership has ordered a new engine

    Bought a BRAND NEW Cadillac CT4-V Blackwing from this place. 24 hours after purchase, the car is making noises. Less than a week of having it and it's already scheduled for service. The car has now been in the service department for OVER 3 MONTHS. 3 engine swaps later, I get my car back and it says to check engine oil levels. This place sold me a lemon and hasn't offered to fix the issue to this day. Stay far away from this dealership. I flew to Michigan to buy the vehicle the day after inquiring about it, bought the car and brought it back to Texas where I lived the same day of purchase. The very next day, the engine is making noises. I dropped it off at a Cadillac dealership in Houston to get it checked out less than 1 week after having the vehicle and was told the car would need a new engine. I find it mind-blowing that the dealership is still trying to insinuate that engine defects 24 hours after purchasing a brand new car is somehow the consumer's fault rather than displaying a shred of integrity and admitting that the car I was sold is a LEMON, especially in a market where consumers are already being bled dry by these dealerships. The dealership has also refused to provide temporary tags claiming that the car has not had an inspection and title/registration done yet. I had the car 5 days (2 of those days falling on a weekend) before dropping it off to the service department. For some reason, the dealership is having a hard time comprehending that you cannot title/register a vehicle without getting an inspection done. And it's a little hard to get an inspection completed when THE CAR IS MISSING AN ENGINE. On top of that, the dealership has refused to provide an additional temporary tags since the original temp tags expired 2 months ago while the car sat in the service department for over 3 months. But again, I'm receiving the same sentiment that I received when I informed them the car was having engine issues...NOT OUR PROBLEM." That's the kind of customer service you'll be dealing with with this dealership. GM personally contacted me AND my attorney about getting the vehicle fixed and confirming that they've sent out new engines to the Houston dealership, and yet La Fontaine claims to have no knowledge of this. A simple phone call to the Houston dealership would have confirmed what the situation was, but turns out even that was too much work for them to handle. Yet again, more unprofessionalism and sloppiness from this dealership. I've attached a picture of correspondence from GM for reference just in case they want to keep sticking by the claim that the car has "never been to a Cadillac dealership for any repairs." I cannot reiterate this enough: stay away from this dealership. This has been the worst experience I've ever had BY FAR and they have been absolutely useless in helping me resolve this issue.

    I have been coming here even though it is not the closest. I have minor service and recalls done here. Service staff is awesome and waiting area is on another level. I come because of the atmosphere and the standard amenities in cluding a Cafe, boutique shop, great seating options and free wi-fi. Once had a conference call and they made an office available for me to be private. Private and open seating near the cafe or TVs make it comfortable to be in the area. There is a family friendly area for kids. I am watching a family play a video game - a Dad and his 3 kids smiling and having fun.

    Contacted Aaron who works in sales about picking up a 2018 1le camaro, living in Texas I didn't know weather or not the trip would really be worth it or not but after further talking to their team and receiving pictures and agreeing on a price Everything was going very well. A day or so had passed and I had already booked the flight up there and was greeted by one of their drivers who spoke very highly of laFontaine, got over to pick up the car and was in and out within 20 minutes. Overall great experience and definitely recommend them for your car needs.

    They found the color of the car I wanted and their customer service was great. I got the car I want at the price I wanted to pay.

    I brought my car in for an underboost issue and was told the turbo needed to be replaced. I was…read moreexplicitly told that everything else on the vehicle was fine. The repair was later denied by the warranty company due to moisture in the intercooler, citing a factory service bulletin. I only learned this after contacting the warranty company myself, as the shop did not explain the denial. When I went to the shop in person to ask why I was told the car was fine while the warranty company was given a different reason, I asked what was actually wrong with the turbo. I was first told there was a crack. When I asked to see it, the foreman technician changed his statement to "there might be a crack," then admitted he had not inspected the turbo at all. Despite this, the shop continued to recommend replacing the turbo and could not show any confirmed defect. When I questioned why a part was being recommended for replacement without inspection, the response I received was, "we fix cars here." This issue is covered under Chevrolet service bulletin 18-NA-020, which outlines the proper repairs for moisture in the intercooler. Instead of following the bulletin, the shop attempted to use it as justification to sell an unverified turbo replacement. I refused all work, and they would not provide any paperwork for my visit. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this shop.

Beth Hunt was our sales representative and she is amazing! Thank you thank you thank you. Since we signed everything electronically, on a beautiful Saturday morning we showed up in Highland shook hands and picked up our gorgeous vehicle. It was the most smooth transaction ever! Beth is very professional, she knows her stuff and we will definitely keep her as our future sales representative. I hands down recommend this dealership and absolutely recommend BETH HUNT! On another review I will tell you all about the fantastic coffee shop and boutique store that is inside this cool dealership!
