I purchased a Cadillac CT5-V and opted for the ceramic coating service, which I was excited about…read more Unfortunately, the coating was applied incorrectly, leaving unsightly streaks that resemble zebra stripes. A certified detailing shop confirmed the improper application. I contacted both the salesperson and the Service Manager, providing emails, mailed documentation, and photos--but I never received a solution. ‼ I want to warn others to be cautious when opting for extra services like this. The lack of customer service and accountability was disappointing, and this issue should have been properly addressed. ‼ Thomas Montgomery from LaFontaine publicly replied to my Google Maps review, asking me to contact him. However, despite being fully aware of my case, this was nothing more than an attempt to appear attentive without offering a real solution. Here are more pictures of my car--still looking like a zebra.

They didn't have the car there but Beth Hunt went above and beyond and found me the car of my dreams! To go a step further Beth understood that I was extremely busy at work but was really excited to have my new car so she arranged for paperwork to be done electronic and then personally delivered my new car to my office and picked up my trade. She even arranged for my windows to be tinted before she brought it so that I didn't have to deal with that later! If you are looking for a new car, give Beth Hunt a call! She was amazing to work with and I look forward to working with her in the future!

I brought my car in for an underboost issue and was told the turbo needed to be replaced. I was…read moreexplicitly told that everything else on the vehicle was fine. The repair was later denied by the warranty company due to moisture in the intercooler, citing a factory service bulletin. I only learned this after contacting the warranty company myself, as the shop did not explain the denial. When I went to the shop in person to ask why I was told the car was fine while the warranty company was given a different reason, I asked what was actually wrong with the turbo. I was first told there was a crack. When I asked to see it, the foreman technician changed his statement to "there might be a crack," then admitted he had not inspected the turbo at all. Despite this, the shop continued to recommend replacing the turbo and could not show any confirmed defect. When I questioned why a part was being recommended for replacement without inspection, the response I received was, "we fix cars here." This issue is covered under Chevrolet service bulletin 18-NA-020, which outlines the proper repairs for moisture in the intercooler. Instead of following the bulletin, the shop attempted to use it as justification to sell an unverified turbo replacement. I refused all work, and they would not provide any paperwork for my visit. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this shop.

My husband and I have been searching for an all electric vehicle since the beginning of the year. We've been doing research on all automakers and have visited over 7 dealerships. We have even reached out to a dealer out in Chicago, and to our surprise every other dealer had been giving us the run around and insulting us with the offer of our trade. So we sold our vehicle to a luxury dealer out in Tennessee all online sight unseen and we have closed on that deal. With that said, we had a clean slate and when my husband ran into La Fontaine Buick GMC of Highland, it changed the entire purchasing game. First they treated us with world class customer service, they did not beau around the bush. He called in the afternoon and by dinner we had purchased a brand new all electric Cadillac! Beth Hunt was our sales representative and she is amazing! Thank you thank you thank you. Since we signed everything electronically, on a beautiful Saturday morning we showed up in Highland shook hands and picked up our gorgeous vehicle. It was the most smooth transaction ever! Beth is very professional, she knows her stuff and we will definitely keep her as our future sales representative. I hands down recommend this dealership and absolutely recommend BETH HUNT! On another review I will tell you all about the fantastic coffee shop and boutique store that is inside this cool dealership!

If I could give this business zero stars, I would. I strongly advise against purchasing a vehicle…read morefrom this dealership. BUYER BEWARE. For those seeking an explanation, here is what happened. I visited the dealership intending to trade in my vehicle, which I still owed money on, to see if they would cover the remaining loan balance. My car had a small dent on the hood, roughly the size of a golf ball. While I was test-driving a vehicle, the staff inspected mine. When I returned, they asked if I would file an insurance claim for the dent, claiming it would cost them $1,200 to repair. They specifically instructed me to say it occurred in a parking lot so it wouldn't cost me anything. This was dishonest and unethical. I refused to make a false insurance claim and told them I would take my business elsewhere. Only then did their tone change, and they suddenly agreed to pay off my vehicle in full. Second, I was made to wait for hours. By the time we began the paperwork, I was mentally drained and just wanted to leave. They rushed me through the process and buried additional warranties in the fine print without clearly explaining them. One such warranty added $5,000 to the total cost. They repeatedly claimed I was getting a "deal," but said the only way to offer it was by increasing my monthly payment. Third, after the sale, they completely ignored my attempts to follow up. I called over 30 times across three days. When someone finally answered, I was told I'd receive a call back but that never happened. I followed up again, got the same promise, and still heard nothing. I have screenshots from a salesperson assuring me someone would be in touch "ASAP." That never happened either. Fourth, make sure the dealership requests a 10-day payoff amount for your trade-in while you're present. Do not let them delay. It took them over three days to contact my bank. When I reached out to the bank myself, they were confused and told me no request had been made. Meanwhile, interest continued to accrue, which meant the actual payoff amount increased, potentially leaving me responsible for the difference. To anyone considering doing business with this dealership. Record everything. Document everything. Thankfully, I kept all my paperwork and screenshots. I don't know if they saw from my license plate that I'm a veteran and assumed I'd be an easy target but I will not be taken advantage of. This business has a pattern of misrepresentation, which can constitute a breach of contract. Don't let them deceive you, you have consumer rights. I will be posting this experience on every platform available: Google Reviews, Yelp, BBB, Facebook, and relevant veteran community pages. I also intend to contact others who have had similar experiences to determine if they've filed complaints with LARA (Licensing and Regulatory Affairs). I will be filing a formal complaint with LARA and strongly encourage others who have had negative or unethical dealings to do the same. The dealership already has four complaints on record. To be clear: After nearly a week, someone finally reached out, and we scheduled a time to address the issues they caused. However, this is not praise, it is the bare minimum. It does not erase the experience I had, nor does it change my recommendation.
