The shape was so bulky, and she didn't file the acrylic down enough so the nails were super bumpy. Not only did it look nothing like the picture, they refused to acknowledge that the nails looked atrocious. They also refused to give me a refund and I was so upset that I didn't even fight it. I asked if they could at least just take them off and they wanted to charge me $20 and have me wait. So I just left and went somewhere to get them fixed. The other place I went to fixed them, and even mentioned that shellac nails did a horrible job. They literally gasped when they saw my nails! I ended up paying $75 for the ugliest nails I've ever seen. I didn't even get a design, chrome or a long set. They want to charge high prices for very low quality work. Please do not go here, they don't do good work, they refuse to refund or compensate you, the staff is rude, and they will make fun of the customer. Extremely unprofessional!!
