The shape was so bulky, and she didn't file the acrylic down enough so the nails were super bumpy. Not only did it look nothing like the picture, they refused to acknowledge that the nails looked atrocious. They also refused to give me a refund and I was so upset that I didn't even fight it. I asked if they could at least just take them off and they wanted to charge me $20 and have me wait. So I just left and went somewhere to get them fixed. The other place I went to fixed them, and even mentioned that shellac nails did a horrible job. They literally gasped when they saw my nails! I ended up paying $75 for the ugliest nails I've ever seen. I didn't even get a design, chrome or a long set. They want to charge high prices for very low quality work. Please do not go here, they don't do good work, they refuse to refund or compensate you, the staff is rude, and they will make fun of the customer. Extremely unprofessional!! I've done brow tinting twice in addition to monthly brow waxes. I never get red, she is always very careful to use oils afterwards to keep skin irritation down. She pays attention to your skin and really knows her client's different needs. I also love that her little studio is very close to my house and has lots of parking. I was a little confused the first time I went because you have to go in the hair salon to get to her, but after you go inside there is great signage to find her studio.
