Manicure and Pedicure This is my $31 manicure I had done a few hours ago I had to stop and buy nail polish remover, clear polish and a file. So I can do my own nails tomorrow. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I hadn't been here before and was looking for somewhere I could go on a regular basis.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]The person the did my nails for over 10 years is nowhere to be found.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I'm a trained hairdresser and part of my training was manicure. I had old clear polish on my nails and as you can see it wasn't removed. Base coat was put on over the old polish and that was the end of my manicure. My cuticles needed to be pushed back and my nails are filed crooked. Very disappointed and totally unacceptable.

I got my gel nails removed yesterday and my nails are left super tender and red and when my finger nails touch anything there's a zinging pain. The man who removed them sanded into my real nails way too deep. I have not had this happen at other nail salons and when I called to address my concerns and receive a refund, they said that was normal and that they do not offer refunds at their salon. This was my first experience at this salon.

I took my granddaughter and my daughter to get our nails done and we had the worst service ever. They were so careless with all three of us I was disgusted to pay over $160. They polished my nails before they even did a massage or the wax as a result she had to take my polish off and re-polish the nails. My daughter was waiting for somebody to do her nails so we were there for a long time. And they really So careless with my granddaughter that I have to take her somewhere else to redo her toes. This was a very disappointing visit.

The salon was immaculately clean, it was designed beautifully. I love how they have a complimentary drink menu that they show you after they walk you to your seat. The colors are in one big menu like container. These amenities come with a price though, it was $72 with tip for an acrylic fill with gel. I'm typically not charged for a deep c curve as the paint because it's super straight forward, but they charged $15 for that. I would go back because it's so close to my house depending on how the nails wear and if they don't lift. I appreciated how much time the nail tech took in ensuring any and all lifting was sanded off. read more

Clean, friendly, organized. I've noticed their prices really have increased (or so it seems) over the last several months. I mean, 74 bucks for a dipping powder fill (for a regular client) is a bit excessive for a shop that's not ultra high end. read more

But the tools were rough and it wasn't super relaxing for me. Loved the massage and my legs felt very smooth after, but anything they did to my toes aside from painting them wasn't my favorite. read more

They used to be good but today a guy did by pedicure half assed I felt I was intruding on his time he was watching TV while doing my nails did a horrible job, and he went off did another person's pedi and just left me sitting there. Didn't even check on me until I said something then tried to fix the nails used a reg heater to try to dry the nails what a joke I think the school would be better.. I don't know if I will come back this time was a waste of my time...and there will be no tip...not for the horrible service I got .. read more

This was my first time going here. I was so impressed. My pedicure looks perfect and Tracy took the time to clean up my cuticles. She even suggested a color change when my original choice was coming out clear. She was also just the right amount of friendly. I tend to like to sit back and not talk. She started conversation, but took my cue with how much I wanted to talk. I've gone to other places and have never had a regular salon, but I will be back for sure. read more

I'll definitely be back. They were quick to get me in (I did call ahead). I fully plan to always wait 15 min or so, you never know how they will be finishing with other people. Staff is super nice and very professional. The gal that did my pedicure was very thorough and they always do a good job with gel toes. I love that I love so close and it is reasonably priced. Lots of colors to pick from. Lots of staff to get people through. Take their time and make it worth mine. read more

I wanted to get a manicure for an upcoming wedding, and was not disappointed! I was able to set up an appointment on line, and when they needed to change it because of schedules, it was super easy! My nail technician (Tracy) did an excellent job! She was thoughtful and thorough! When she asked if I wanted a pedicure, I declined and then explained about my missing toenail (which has been really bugging me). After talking with her, I decided to give her solution (acrylic nail) a try! I am very happy with the results! I'm not into manicures and pedicures as often as some, but I sometimes I just NEED one, and this made my day! Plus, the salon is a very nice relaxing place--just what I needed today! I came here today for a pedicure. I've been coming here for 6 years now about one a month, so they've been good to me so far. Today I got the worst pedicure I've ever gotten in my whole life. I called several days in advance to book an appointment for pedicures for my daughters wedding for 4 people . We came in at the schedule time . They were busy helping other people . After 10 mins they seated us . 2 of us got helped right away and were getting their feet soaking . My daughter & I sat waiting for 30 mins without having our feet soaking just sitting in the chairs . They kept taking other people for nail services even though they were closing in an hour . They finally came to help me . The pedicure was Ok not much time spent on me at all . My daughter got helped after me . Her pedicure from start to finish was 10 mins it was very rushed . Very disappointing . Our feet still felt rough. The nails were painted good. My other 2 daughters got the gel polish and were given much more attention & a longer pedicure . Luckily the brides pedicure was nice & looked good . She was happy with hers. I feel like we didn't get the time or service we paid for . It should have been a nice relaxing experience & it was not . I think they need to manage their customers better & provide a quality pedicure for all not just some . I don't think I would go back there & would not recommend them for large groups read more

I came here with my friend the first time & my gel manicure was beautiful. Lasted me 3 weeks without any issues so I came back! I came back by myself after work for a pedicure & gel manicure. The pedicure sucked! Charged me $40 to cut my nails ugly short & only rub lotion on my legs. No massage, nothing. Not only that but they decided what a great idea it would be to do my gel while doing my pedicure. Powder, nail clippings & skin clippings were all over my lap & shirt. I was literally in & out within 30 minutes. No one asked how I was doing, if I liked the color, what shape I wanted, nothing. I was just a product on a production line. Not relaxing, not ever coming back again. read more

My friends and I decided to get our nails done last minute and I called to made an appointment that day and they were able to fit three people in. They did such a good job with our nails. They were very clean and followed all the guidelines for covid-19. I was so happy with the nails they did. The lady who was doing my nails was very accommodating, she made sure the length, shape and color was what I wanted. I showed them a reference picture and they did the exact same thing. read more

My nail tech did a great job cleaning up my cuticles, scraping callous, and filing to shape. My favorite part is always the massage and she did it for a good amount of time which I appreciated. Their pedicure menu is priced at $30, $50, and $70 depending on the service. However gel nail is additional $15. So my middle tier pedicure was $65. The tech didn't ask if I wanted regular or gel so that was the only downside, so I ended up paying the $65 instead of $50. I just chose a color from the color palette they handed me. A minor nice touch is that they have complimentary soda and slushie.

01/13/2011 i have always given these guys the benefit of the doubt. i always think "THIS time will be better" well, THIS time will be the last time. i went in and of course sat down. the girl working on me appeared to be teaching another. she was showing her, using my session, as examples. i was glad to be able to be the guinea pig. but, the woman was not paying attention to what i wanted or what i was saying... i told her long and square. she chopped them short. and, in the end they were oval tips. i figured she would fix them by the end of the session. well, the end came and they were short and stubby, they looked like HER nails!! they looked like the style she was trying to promote when i sat down. i paid and left NO tip. about an hour later i called the store and asked to speak with the owner. i spoke with a man. i told him what had happened and what i had asked for. he asked me to come in the next day when they open. i did. i got the long and square tips i always get ... BUT I HAD TO PAY 20 DOLLARS!?!?!?!?! i am willing to pay the almost extra 10 dollars it costs to go to wild orchid just two blocks from hawaii nails. ... plus, you usually get a few dollars knocked off a pedi if you get your nails done at the same time. read more

Their Valentine's Day pedicure package is amazing! And it's available all month long in February. My hubby and I went last year during February and experienced their Valentine's Day package. It was so wonderful we returned again this year. The pedicure not only included a pedicure, but we were also pampered with a hot stone massage (my favorite), hot wax, chocolates, and hot chocolate. As an added bonus, they gave me an amazing strawberry cheesecake themed Bodycology gift box with a 3-wick candle, fragrance mist, two bath bombs, and a 2 in 1 body wash/bubble bath. This is my favorite nail salon by far. I usually have dip powder put on my fingernails by John. John really does a good job! He pays attention to detail and is a talented artist too if you're wanting nail art. I've gone to several nail salons and I have been most impressed by this one. The attention to cleanliness and other details makes me feel at ease. I have had several pedicures here as well and I love the wonderful foot rubs the staff gives and feel relaxed in the comfortable massage chairs. Yesterday, on the spur of the moment, I decided to have a pedicure. I noticed this salon as I drove away from WalMart across the street and walked in. Hanna, the technician who served me was "Wonderful". She took her time, and saw to my every need with regard to the caring for my feet and legs. I love this place! I come back at least once a month. Very helpful staff, super clean, and the owners are so kind and interested in their patrons. The staff are problem solvers. I tore a toe nail and they did acrylic on it until it grew back. Also they were so kind when I brought my 4 year old to get a pedicure. She loved it!
