Joel and his crew leveled pavers on my patio and applied fresh polymeric sand. The sand didn't…read moreharden in several areas. In those areas after only one month, It began to wash away from the rain. Joel said the sand must have been a bad batch. He has offered to come back and re-apply it. We'll see if he makes good on his commitment to make this right. Joel did come and redo the polymeric sand so I have changed my rating from 2 stars to 4 stars. The sand has cured and is harder than the previous batch. Joel and his crew did a beautiful job. The customer service was a little on the rough side. Doing good technical work is important, but communicating with the customer in a positive manner is equally important. On another small note, twice I asked Joel not to come before a certain time. This was disregarded both times.

Had to have AT&T come rewire at our cost. They never reimbursed or offered. They "fixed water hose under lil patio pad they cut but I suspect it leaks. Pavers are buckelng. Had issues... 1/2 year later. $1200 French drain we also installed quit draining. Called... ignored. Finally reached him and he said he'd come out in week. Never saw him. . This was all about 3 years ago. I didn't want to leave bad review. But spring is here and pavers are starting to look crappy already loose, some falling off retain wall and my $1200 French drain worked less than a year. Driveway still floods several times a year.
