Doctor Mohammed Sohail suggested to do procedures it cost 1,800 doller. i paid close to 8000 dollars for two implant last year.one of them failing after 11 month. i was charged consulting fees to see that doctor for his failing implant. i called the office in order to speak with distract manager to complain about my implant failing after 11 months. i never got respond from the manager. i left several messages with front desk to speek with manager. their respond was manager is not here she will call u late. i have trying to speak with manager for the last WEEK and i never respond. this office has bad management. the implant should last for long time. it should not fail within one year. the office should took responsibility for the bad work and correct problem without any charges. i find out most Periodontist doctors gives warranty on implants except this office.

They were very thorough and gentle with the examination. They were very clear about what the dental plan needed to be and upon my very next visit I experienced very little to no discomfort. Mel went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable knowing I had some bad past experiences with dentists. With that said, I will continue to come to Webster. My wife and kids already come here as well. No complaints at all.

He cared about his patients, their well being to make sure they recover quickly after surgery or procedure. He will take care of all of your needs. When I had a tooth extraction, which was very complicated, but thanks to Dr. Lairos the procedures was smooth, quick and painless. His assistant- Ania is also very nice and helpful with all your needs. I would recommend Dr. Lairos to my family and friends. Dr Liaros has a great sense of humor.

Fast forward all these years and when my regular dentist told me I needed some "specialty work" ( I was certain it was a synonym for a lot of drilling and gum cutting and pain) my heart sank. I made the appointment with the specialist and then counted the days to "Doomsday" with dread. Well, enter Periodontal Associates, and in particular, Dr. Peter Liaros. I arrived full of apprehension and nervous energy and within minutes he had me laughing at the antics between him and his assistant. He even took the tools out of my mouth at times so I could join into the repartee! The half an hour procedure was done with plenty of anesthesia and hand holding, and the after care was clearly explained to me. This was done without the pain and "torture" that I was expecting. And the dentist even gave me his home phone number and beeper in case I needed to reach him after hours. Who does that anymore? This office runs on time and is decorated with interesting pieces of art displayed throughout. Parking is simple as this is located in the Professional building at Oak Brook Mall so there is a parking garage nearby. There are also offices in the Loop and on the south side. Going to the dentist and especially a specialist is never going to go on my list of "Things I like to do". I was excited when I got a response from the new business, teeth and things, asking to delete my…read morereview because I actually need a cleaning, and the review doesn't have my real name soooo I promptly called to make a new patient appointment so I can give this place an honest review, in real time. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. I have delta dental, she said that they can look the information up instead of trying to get the info from me. I needed an appointment at 5:30 or later, their last appt is at 5, so I had to take a Saturday appt. about 3 weeks away. After the interaction, I got a text confirming the appointment. I never authorized text so I would have preferred that she ask if text alerts are ok beforehand. My appointment was on a Saturday. They texted on Monday to confirm and Wednesday to confirm. I responded on Wednesday. I then received another text on Thursday to complete their new patient info. I filled that out. On the day of the appointment, I realized how much I disliked the area of the dentist because there was no parking. I parked in the village parking lot nearby though. I came in, she asked for my id and insurance and I was seen on time. The hygienist took X rays and brushed my teeth. No scrapping, no tools, she literally Just brushed my teeth and told me the doctor would be in. I've never had a cleaning so fast. That's usually the last step in the cleaning. When the dentist came in, he was very likable and he performed the cleaning with those scrapes and tools I was looking for. He was relatable and said his wife was one of the other dentist along with another associate. I like his demeanor and his professionalism and knowledge. The receptionist checked me out, she didn't give any paperwork regarding my visit. She asked me if I needed any appointments cards for my follow up visit. I declined. Overall it was a good visit. There was a couple things that I was used to that didn't happen, the ,222,333 when the dentist checks the spacing/bone loss didn't happen, the X-ray was handheld, typically the hygienist leaves the room and pushes a button. The order of the cleaning threw me off, typically the polish is last. It was just things that I'm used to that didn't happen. Doesn't mean they did a bad job, it was just different.
