I phoned very upset and ask to speak to the manager. Her excuse was they weren't covered by my insurance. I said did you think about asking the person I sent in to pick up if they wanted to purchase and that insurance denied coverage? She said no. I said are you the manager, she said yes. I said well, you should act like one. Walgreens should pay for the delivery if those meds to my home for their failure to mention that. She did not agree. So needless to say I had no one to go again to purchase for me. I borrowed some from a neighbor. Terrible customer service from pharmacy manager.

Employee answered "Yo!?" and hastily walked away after giving an answer that led to customer walking out. I went to the only option to pay, self serve as I had an age restricted item. Waited, no one came for a while. Same employee finally came up, without an acknowledgment of my existence reached around my face, pressed something and took off. I had had a question which went unanswered. Tonight I went to the feedback site and a credit card was required to verify my identity. Hell no! Done with this creepy location which doesn't show up on GPS even though it is not new. CVS step it up 10 notches.

Went to the drive-thru pharmacy on 10/21/15, got waited on immediately (unlike my local Walgreens where I'm waiting forever) and was on my way. The main reason for my review is my 2nd visit to the store on 10/30/15. I needed some cute eyelashes to go with my Halloween costume. I walked in and proceeded to the aisle where the eyelashes were. While looking, I became confused as to which ones included glue and which ones didn't. A female employee came over to me and asked me if I needed help which I desperately did. I am hoping that the manager of this store reads this review and is able to tell from the receipt that I've included who this person is as she rang up my items also. This woman was a pure ANGEL who deserves recognition. She was friendly first of all and took a lot of time helping me figure out which eyelashes were which. She also helped me find some eyelashes in another section specifically for Halloween. She was so NICE!!! And I was so appreciative that she was there to help me. The eyelashes I ended up choosing because of her were fun, different and went well with my costume. I will be back to this Walgreens. Nothing like getting great customer service. Thank You!

The best Walgreen's in the area for descriptions. I don't go to the ones in my neighborhood because…read morethey hassle me so much about my prescriptions. If it is not in stock, they won't bother telling me; they'll just say my description is being worked on. If I call the stores, I get computerized menus, and they disconnect me when I try to dial out to the operator. Not at the Midlothian location, though. These folks are always really helpful, especially now, when the meds I take are harder to get (due to manufacturer shortages). In all seriousness, getting my descriptions filled can be anxiety-provoking, but not at the Midlo location. And look, I hate to add this, but the women working here have an A+ cleavage game. I typically don't notice things like that--I'm a good person, a moral person, and even the youth gang I joined as a kid (we ransacked Kendall County, Illinois--and we got away with our crimes!) was a God-oriented (actually, I should have written "god-oriented," as we worshipped Lil Kaos, the pagan god of mayhem and punching people in the groin) gang. We spread violence and "goodness" (of a form) in equal measure. Anyway, I'm a good person, so I usually don't notice this sort of stuff. Suffice it to say that this is the only Walgreen's where I go inside to pick up my descriptions. And I ain't exactly hard on the eyes, neither, so the workers are getting something out of it, too, but it's still a thrill for me.
