After experiencing an injury, I believe non-related to the exercises provided, with medical verification, I was denied the option to freeze my account. This was based on the fact that I had cancelled my membership. I paid for my last month of classes so one would think the logical and fair business practice would be to grant me these after a 30 day freeze, but not so. Pretty solid spot for getting your Lagree shakes on. The $99 for unlimited month for newbies is a steal so hop on that. Don't forget your grip socks or they have some for sale. Lockers and water station available. Check-in on the iPad. I believe there's about 15 machines and additional locations in Cherry Creek and Central Park. I've noticed some instructors attempt to get to know you more than others. Wish there was a later Friday class since the last class that day is at noon. read more

I LOVE LAGREE LUXE! All the instructors with this company are amazing, patience, fun and always supportive. I go to the GT location 5 days a week and every day I leave feeling stronger and happier with myself. This is not an easy workout and the instructors truly care about tempo and positioning, to ensure you are doing moves correctly. I was in town for a bachelorette party and the condo we were staying at was literally a 4 minute walk away. Your introductory class is only $10 so I knew I had to get a pre-mimosa sweat sesh in! Ruby taught the 8:30 a.m. Saturday class and she was so great! The studio is brand new and clean, and I love that there are lockers for you to put your things in. The class is only 40 minutes (my local Lagree classes are 50--trust me, I needed 10 less mins after a night of celebrating before, woof) and was such a good way to start the day! Ruby was encouraging and energetic. Locals, it looks like they have some awesome opening specials so jump on it if you're close! I'm dying to visit Denver again, and will definitely return to Lagree Luxe! read more

Lagree Luxe Central Park is a great studio. It is well-run and all the instructors are wonderful. You don't have to be a pro to attend a class. Every instructor gives detailed coaching throughout class. The instructors at this studio are amazing. I started visiting the studio on ClassPass and quickly became obsessed. The instructions are very clear on the ClassPass website when you register for a Lagree Luxe class you will need to have grippy socks. I did not have any and conveniently they sell them at the studio and what a worth while investment this was! The 45 minute class is guaranteed to give you an amazing work out and the instructors keep the class high energy and super fun! Amy Lynn was my first instructor and I couldn't say more positive things about her. Keeps the class lively, great playlists, and helps to accommodate any injuries you may have to help modify moves. I have now transition to being an unlimited member and could not recommend it more. read more

When I say I am not one to work out..... ever, it's no joke. I came into their beautiful studio and immediately felt comfortable, not judged and ready to try something new! The instructors were very welcoming and were able to walk me through all the different positions while challenging me but making sure never to push me out of my comfort level. Also your first class with them is only $10 so WHY NOT AT LEAST TRY!!! I thought I would hate the whole experience since I am so out of shape and I could not have been more wrong!!! This was my first Lagree Luxe class ever although I have tried Pilates Reformer before. I truly enjoyed this class because I didn't spend half of the time being bewildered by the hardware, and got a great workout. The movements were easy to learn but endlessly varied in the amount of resistance you could apply. My legs were shaking when I left! It was also easy on the joints and spine. I told the instructor beforehand that I had some bursitis in one of my 51 year old knees so she quickly corrected me once when I bent my knee past my foot. The music was loud enough to be motivational but not so loud that I couldn't hear the instructor. Will definitely be back. read more

Loved their class! It had been a while since I had worked out but I loved it! I was sweating like crazy but wasn't exhausted! It is low impact so my joints weren't screaming and I wasn't gasping for air or water! Christa taught the class so well and even could help me modify a position if she could tell I was struggling. I rented their socks so I didn't have to buy and love their space! I would highly recommend to anyone who hates high impact workouts! read more

Great workout this morning! This was my first Lagree Luxe Class and first Pilates style class. It was a great environment with friendly people. Alyce was a great coach/instructor overall. She was able to help me with my form and the equipment. The equipment was easy to learn and as an average athlete I find the workout to be challenging (in a good way). I truly enjoyed this class. I'm planning on being a regular to this class and look forward to come back. read more

I almost don't want to leave this review because I'm afraid all of the classes will fill up to where I can't get my Lagree on.... BUT... I have to share my experience. I have been on a weight loss journey since February of this year and have successfully lost 52 lbs as of last week. I was getting really discouraged because my final 10 lbs to achieve my ultimate goal was being stubborn as hell. My co-worker brought the Lagree Luxe flyers in and suggested I check it out. I attended 2 free classes last week during their opening and decided to sign up for the one month unlimited. As of last week I shed another 5 lbs and I'm already seeing some awesome tone and definition, legs, abs, and arms. Lagree is a dope af full body workout. Like sweat dripping, muscle burning, serious stuff! I have been telling everyone... it's life changing! Also, the instructors are so nice and supportive, awesome music. read more

Beautiful space and beautiful new megaformer machines. I have high hopes that this studio will do a great job! The space is LONG with a lot of machines so I hope the instructors do a good job or walking back and forth throughout class so each client feels he/she gets individual attention.
