The owner Chris first off took over a week to respond back to my complaint about my credit card charges. Instead of him asking me what happened he listened to whatever his receptionist told him when I talk to her on the phone. Mind you this was not the person that I had engaged with on the 10th. Saying that I paid with a card and that I changed my mind to use the gift card which was a lie. Chris said he cannot refund me my card because of a new system that was installed. He proceeds to tell me to call my credit union and dispute the charges. I called my credit union and explained the situation. They said that it doesn't work like that. I reach back out to Chris and he has not responded back. I have yet to receive my refund till this day. I'm putting this review on all platform. No one should have to experience this his customer service skills is horrible. I'm also reporting this to the Better Business Bureau

The technician said "well I did talk about visceral fat and not being able to affect that. Have you considered surgery?" If I had considered surgery I would have had surgery. And yes, you did mention the visceral fat issue so that lets you off the hook for non-results. The experience was also less that optimal You change clothing in the treatment room. The room is cluttered with 'stuff' all over, there is only a chair to sit on, no curtain for any privacy, nor any lockers, cubbies or anywhere to put your clothing or belongings. I am pretty sure the treatment chair/table is not sanitized between clientele because everything is sticky. Even the clock in the room does not work. You are not told to bring any treatment distractions-fortunately I brought a book- nor are any distractions provided, no TV, no headphones, no tablet. You just lie on the treatment table for however many hours that treatment session takes. When your treatment is finished, you get redressed in the treatment room. Some wet wipes are provided to help remove some of the residue. Again, no privacy. you need to go home immediately to shower and wash your clothes. You are sticky from shoulders to knees, you are marked up with magic marker and look like a meat picture from the butcher, and your clothes are a mess from your stickiness. Definitely not worth the money or time.

On 7/14, I booked a 90-minute prenatal massage for 7/20 at 2:45 p.m.--six days in advance. At 12:35 p.m. on the day of my appointment, just over two hours before I was scheduled to arrive, I received a phone call informing me that Suzanne Best had overbooked herself and would not be able to perform my prenatal massage. The employee told me someone had supposedly reached out to notify me earlier. That simply isn't true. I never received a phone call, voicemail, email, or text message. My appointment confirmation and reminder both came through email without issue. When I questioned it, I was sent a screenshot of a text they claimed had been sent. Not only did I never receive it, but it was allegedly sent at 3:30 p.m. the day before--less than 24 hours before my appointment. What was even more disappointing was that the call came with absolutely no attempt to make the situation right. There was no offer to reschedule, no discussion of a refund, no apology beyond a simple explanation that they had overbooked, and no gesture to compensate for the inconvenience. I had already arranged to leave work early for this appointment, so this last-minute cancellation wasted both my time and my work schedule. To make matters worse, this business asks customers to prepay a tip when booking--before the service has even been provided. It's incredibly frustrating to be asked to tip in advance when the business can't even honor the appointment it confirmed. I was told Suzanne is part of management and would contact me tomorrow. When I asked if there was another manager available to speak with today, I was told there wasn't. That raises another question: if Suzanne is unavailable because she's supposedly double-booked, why is there no manager available to address the issue with an affected customer? The phone call ended without any resolution or refund being offered. As someone who is 33 weeks pregnant, I specifically scheduled a prenatal massage to help with the physical discomforts of pregnancy. Having that appointment canceled just hours beforehand--with no real communication beforehand and no effort to make things right--showed a complete lack of professionalism, accountability, and consideration for a customer. I cannot recommend doing business with a company that treats its customers this way.
