The only thing that would have made my experience better would have been if more things were explained to me about how the process is at this establishment. For instance, I saw there was a little bar and read on the rotating tv screen that refreshments were available. I was not asked or offered nor was anyone else who came in after me. I also wasn't aware that there was a nail polish "room" so when the technician came out to get me he stopped right outside the room and asked me to pick a color. I felt a little rushed to pick one out and felt bad because I waited about 10 minutes for my appointment to start and could have spent that time looking for a color. I just picked one that caught my eye and then we went back to the pedicure area. The pedicure room was very nice! Nice ambiance, music and lighting. The massage chair was nice. I know at most nail salons, the technicians and customers may talk during thier service, but this is not something that is really done here because it's intended to be a relaxing moment. So if you like to talk with your technician while getting your pedicure, don't be surprised if that doesn't happen because it doesn't seem like that is the vibe they are trying to set. I asked for a male technician and my request was granted. I don't remember him clearly telling me his name before we started. I did feel like he rushed at some points but did take his time when painting my nails which I appreciated. The massage was nice and longer than at most other nail salons. There was a lot of focus on my calves I feel as opposed to my feet. I wish he would have spent more massage time on my feet and my arches and did more massage techniques than the one motion. Another suggestion I have is for there to be somewhere for customers to hang their belongings (coats/purses) when that are getting their services done. I had to put my coat over n the chair next to me and my purse on the floor next to me. Maybe putting like a coat rack or hooks on the wall behind the chair would be nice for the customer. After my service, my technician Carried my shoes and coat out to the waiting area. I asked him what his name was and he pointed to his name on the ticket he gave me and said his name. I liked that they used quality products and gently removed my old gel polish. I didn't have to worry about nail damage, which is a priority for me. I got the Lux Pedicure since it was $10 off this week and same price as the regular pedicure, but there wasn't anything particularly memorable about it. I appreciated the ease of choosing colors while getting my pedicure, and the fact that there wasn't any guessing about whether colors were available in gel so I could get a mani to match. I attached pictures of my gel manicure. They don't look bad and I'm hoping they hold up well, but aren't as "polished" as I would expect for the price point ($35). They're already showing minor signs of wear, but I'm hopeful they'll last. Only time will tell! Overall I would definitely return to get my brows waxed, but I think the mani/pedi is a bit overpriced. I'd rather pay a little more to get a high quality service, or go somewhere else and save $20 and get the same thing.

My MIL is still very cautious despite covid restrictions being lifted and she was so excited to hear that we would be the only two in the salon if we booked together. Very exclusive. The salon is beautifully decorated and immaculate. The waiting area is comfortable and so are the beautiful chairs they use for pedicures. Our technicians were very thoughtful about the warmth of the water. The attention to detail is amazing. From them paying attention to problem areas on my nails and calluses to the tray they brought out the exfoliating scrubs on. In the back there are two cute cabanas to get your manicures done. The entire place is an EXPERIENCE. My nails looked beautiful when we were done and the massage was heavenly for my feet. I have my hands in water all day everyday and my gel manicure lasted forever. I can't wait to book another appointment.
