    Kitchen in condo! Great space!

I don't know why anyone has written a good review on this place I love it. The ladies in office are sweet, the pier is great and the pool is always clean. First time, I stayed was in a standard hotel room. Second was in the condos and it was great! The bed was so comfortable and clean.

Great view of pool from our rooms 210&211. Midnight fishing on the pier. Great family place. Clean and newly remodeled units.

The hotel rooms are actually different from the condos. Same name different owners. Condos are great. The one we stayed in was recently remodeled. New tile threw out. Granite counters. Great view. I'm a snob when it comes to places to stay, the only reason we came here was because of a family reunion for Mother's Day so I was very surprised. Staff was great. Rock port was a much nicer area then I remembered from the 90's. We will be back.

Love the hospitality at this place, felt like a second home. Everyone was friendly and so were the guest. We were a walk-in family and wanted something nice with a great view. We took the kids out before they went back to school and they loved it as well. We stayed in room 409, which is a Condo, had a perfect view of the water, and close to the elevator. We had a small dog, Chihuahua, but weren't aware that some rooms were pet friendly, and others were not due to allergy concerns so be sure to mention that (even though I feel that is something should be asked when you are checking in by the hotel).

When we arrived check-in went smoothly. Hotel staff was nice and informative. This hotel is not far from Rockport Beach Park and the historic Fulton Mansion. The hotel offers a free hot daily breakfast and rooms with free Wi-Fi, an outdoor pool and a fitness center. Laundry facilities too. Our room was equipped with a microwave and mini-refrigerator, coffee maker and cable TV. The breakfast was good with choices of omelets, oatmeal, sausage and potatoes along with bagels, waffles, three different cereals and lots of different fruits. We enjoyed our stay in this nice clean hotel, and the location is great.

The room has been great and we loved it. I have the dogs in a stroller and attached to leashes so I can use the stroller for balance and support as well as access to the dogs for help. Saturday morning, around 7:15, the reception lady (which I found out the next day was the manager, Ginger) won't let me enter the breakfast area. She want me to leave the dogs outside in the hallway next to the bathroom. Which is making me have anxiety to be away from them. She told me to take turns with my husband to have the dogs there while we get food then go back to hallway to eat. I'm trying not to have an anxiety attack in being separated from my dogs in public. I was already in pain and was relying on the stroller to help with my balance. I wasn't going to take the dogs out of the stroller. I explained to her the dogs were trained and what they help me with in my disabilities and that I would not take them out of the stroller, which had service dogs signs all over it. In the food area, I had to keep leaning on my 9 year old son for balance because I was having trouble walking. But at one point, my body couldn't take it. I was in a lot of pain and it led to a cycle of pain and anxiety. I ended up with an anxiety attack and got frozen and was in so much pain because the stress caused my body to flare up badly. My husband told me while I was sitting down sobbing in pain, Ginger the manager went to him to apologize for the incident. It would have meant something if she directly came to me to apologize. Which is another incident of me feeling less than and treated less of a human being for being disabled. I should not have been denied access with my service dogs that were contained in a stroller that I also needed for balance.

We had a bed with thin worn blanket, tv, mini fridge, microwave I wouldn't use, and a coffee pot. Floors dirty, grout has ground in dirt, tiny tube of bath wash, lotion, and small bar of soap. Prob clean but stained towels and sheets. Light switches broken, hole in ceiling, rusted old worn metal night stands and a small rusted table. Dark, bent/broken blinds, view of the parking lot if you can see out of it. The ac was freezing cold which was good, but loud as a semi. Absolutely unassuming place w only 16 units in a small U-shape, surrounded by partial fence with overgrown weeds. If all you need is a bed & shower, it's your spot, and you don't care much about either, it's adequate. Wouldn't bring kids or family. It's worth about $40-50/night and don't have any expectations. It is close to marina & bait shops if you just need a home base with AC while fishing all day.

The photos on the website do not look like the hotel. There was a hole in the wall with a napkin in it. I changed our trash bag and the bag left my hands black, possibly from dust. We heard scratching in the walls and ceiling at night/ early morning. There was stains on the shower curtain and on a towel. Everything was pretty rusted as well. So if you're thinking of staying here I highly recommend reading reviews and if you're okay with a place being/ feeling dirty then go for it. If you want to spend a little extra, or maybe even the same amount, definitely stay at another place.

Jordan at the front desk was super nice and helpful, the bed was comfortable, the rate per night of $170.00 was okay, the ground were clean, the pool looked clean, BUT... the rooms all have a blue tint that was so obnoxious and really messed with my eyes. It was truly awful! Even when the sun went down, it was still bothersome. The photos I took with my phone have absolutely no filter on them. It was Smurf blue!!! I wanted to ask for another room until I realized ALL windows had the same tint. I looked around the room after exposure to the blue and it made everything look pink. Way weird! I know it wasn't just us because we spoke with a lady in the elevator who made the same comments. I would never stay there again strictly for the blue and how it affected my eyes. I don't know who decided on that, but it was a terrible idea. We did not check out the inhouse bar since we brought drinks with us. We also did not have the breakfast. I am not a fan of hotel breakfast since it rarely lives up to expectations.
