I must say this is a gorgeous track with top notch facilities. The course if tough but fair. The greens are absolute perfection. Fairways are manicured. I think having mandatory caddies really help with the upkeep. Our group's caddies were Keith and Eric. Each caddy manages 2 bags. I suppose you can get a caddy for yourself, but I haven't played in months. This was just a chance to hangout with friends that I haven't seen so my game was below average. We played from the middle tees which is 6,156 yards with a 71.0/138 rating/slope. Pretty respectable for member's tees! After the round we enjoyed a nice Riesling wine accompanied with cheese and various small bites. I recommend sitting outdoor so you can take in the spectacular view. Their locker room is top notch complete with showers, steam room, toiletries and friendly staff to clean your shoes. Pro Tip: * Come early and hit balls at their exceptional range * Their range balls are Pro V1s * Seniors can ride/walk as needed * Tip your caddy $130 * Tip your shoe cleaner * Bring some cash and take care of their great staff

Best decision! I joined as a Social member since I don't golf (my bad!)…read more I enjoyed the tennis, spa, gym, member events and the facility. I hosted numerous business meetings and events there as well as friend & family meals. The Staff go out of their way to make everyone feel special and every need attended to. The members are very friendly and welcoming. The grounds and buildings are kept in impeccable condition. I would highly recommend this Club which has so much to offer for those who maybe like me aren't golfers.

If you're looking for a multigenerational, family‑friendly country club on the Peninsula, PGCC may…read morebe the perfect fit. The club offers several membership levels tailored to different needs, and the facilities are well‑maintained, and cared for by a staff that works hard to keep everything looking great. We joined in 2019 because we didn't have a swimming pool at home, and our kids wanted to enjoy the summer weather. The newly renovated pool had just opened, and it was incredible to see how many families were out enjoying the patio, the Terrace Café, the diving board, and the overall energy of the space. We chose the Clubhouse membership because I'm not a big golfer, but I still appreciate being able to join friends for an occasional round as a guest. The food at PGCC is exceptional. Whether you're craving American, Italian, salads, or something quick and easy, the club is often a better option than going out. It's less crowded, the staff is friendly, and service is quick -- perfect for families. During the off months, they open up the Terrace cafe for kids and children with activities there so the parents can enjoy finishing dinner while they play XBox, color, or games with monitored lifeguards there. The Wellness Center is another standout. It's clean, modern, and fully equipped. I actually canceled my Equinox membership because the club's gym and fitness classes meet all my needs. They offer yoga, TRX, cardio dance, barre, and more -- truly something for everyone. The locker rooms are great as well, and having a personal locker has made it easy and convenient to keep my gear at the club. PGCC recently added new pickleball courts, and they've quickly become one of the most popular social spots. They bring a fresh, active vibe to the club and help break the old stereotype of country clubs being stuffy or outdated. The club still maintains a traditional dress code, but I appreciate it -- it creates boundaries, preserves the elevated feel of the environment, and teaches our kids about manners, respect, and etiquette. The grounds are beautiful, the facilities are well kept, and the overall experience is consistently excellent. If you're looking for a family‑friendly, active, community‑oriented country club with events and amenities for all ages, PGCC is absolutely worth checking out!

Firstly the drive in wasn't too bad as the event started early in the morning. However this was my first time visiting Green Valley and it looked like a nice suburban neighborhood with a few vineyards and farms tucked into this little valley. The road does need some work as it was a little bumpy. The clubhouse looked like an old Southern two storey home with the columns in the front door. There are offices and a dining room in the original house while a newer single storey building which housed the terrace restaurant and golf shop sat near the right corner of the original building. The golf course is relatively short at about 6400+ yards and features well kept, tree lined fairways. A number of homes border the golf course along a number of the holes. It is a picturesque venue for holding weddings and other special events. The food served was quite good and the staff was professional. Unfortunately I was not able to play the course as I was part of the officiating crew of the tournament. Perhaps one day...

I have to say it sure has changed. Some great additions and some questionable. I Would go back again. Oh and drinks were good mainly got beer and wine and three different martini's. 2 of us loved ours and one did not care for hers. It was a nice Happy Hour but I heard it is very inconsistent which is too bad. Because it was quite enjoyable. Amber was our server and did a fantastic job! I would come back just for her service alone!
