The jeweler inspected it, didn't see any damage to the metal so they knew it would be a quick fix. Not only did they do it on the spot, it was completely free of charge. They also took the extra time to make sure the stones weren't loose and gave the ring a thorough cleaning. Above and beyond. On top of that, I'm starting to look for new rings for a 10-year vow renewal but I have no clear direction on what to choose. Lynn and Melissa were absolutely wonderful throughout the process.
