No one even ASKED ME if I required help, even though I am disabled. ALL of the wines are standing up, aside from the wines in the encasement. If you have wines standing up, then it causes it to be much harder to remove the cork. If I'm buying WINE standing up, then I'd rather go to the supermarket. I do, however, appreciate that the cashier walked the whiskey to my car for me, so I didn't drop it. That was kind and greatly appreciated.
