Very disappointed in this office!...I went to meet to go look at a house with the Listing agent…read more"AJ" he then ask me as we were standing in the driveway of the house if I was working with an agent I told him I knew of one I wanted to use that it was actually an old friend of mine and he was about 45 minutes away and i didn't want to bring him with me to every house i look at he then told me I MUST BRING The agent (my agent) that I was going to use to EVERY house I wanted to look at and that this was Colorado state law!.. he then got in his car and drove off!... what a joke Very unprofessional and it sounded like a crock of garbage to me!... so I called another agent at a different company explaining to them the situation they told me that I don't need to bring my agent to every home I look at and that my agent could simply set up the appointment!!...I knew this guy at RE/Max was full of it. Not sure why he didn't want to sell his house for his client ? We are going to find a house to buy but i surly will not buy ANY house affiliate with this company or this particular !! I have bought several homes in the last 13yrs and this was probably the most ridiculous encounter I have ever had with an agent! Very rude to jump in his car and drive off!!:/ Hello Thomas AJ was very rude and just un friendly to begin with I'm assuming it's because i was driving a trashed car and this AJ guy figured he was wasting his time!.... his loss I ended up closing on a brand build for $485k Approx 45 days later days with an agent who was friendly and excited about showing me a house ( his listing) I have bought over 7 houses so I know the deal!
