You call they say don't call, text us, you text and no response anyways. Everyone walks through the sites and we could not pick where our site was so youre playing campsite roulette when you check in. The on site owners are snarky and will charge you for ANYTHING they can think of. WiFi isn't included, can't hook into 110 think worst nightmare, money pit and this is the location. The pics on their website don't even match the location. Good luck, if you want to shred your money and have a crappy stay you picked the right spot. I've noticed the reviews after we stayed wished I checked google and other RV places before just their website, you can see how their responses are even snarky and how people tell you to run. The WiFi at our site was non-existent - space 26. There is an excessive amount of permanent campers, mixed in with the recreational campers. Overnight stays will probably be ok, but do not expect it to be a quiet experience.

Additionally, the campground appears to cater primarily to full-time residents, so it doesn't have the typical atmosphere or charm of a more traditional campground.

Updated Review - After 3 Years Living Here…read more After living here for 3 years, here's my honest experience. Pros: * Large large RV lots compared to most parks. * When you pay the whole yearly rent, it's cheaper. * Some staff work very hard, especially the maintenance lady who is regularly trimming trees, clearing brush, edging, and cleaning the grounds. Cons: * Management plays favorites. Rules are enforced differently depending on who you are. Some residents are limited to 2-3 pets while others are allowed to have several animals. * The park seems to come alive only when the owners visit. Suddenly everyone is wearing matching shirts and doing work that should have been done all along. * The lawn maintenance is comically done. The mower spends weeks mowing random sections instead of finishing whole yards. * They continue removing lots of landscaping. Yes, the sites look bigger, but all the privacy, shade, and wildlife are disappearing. * The volleyball court has maybe used once in 3 years. It's basically a litter box for strays. * Mail security has been an issue. I had mail disappear early on, and during my last 6 months someone repeatedly opened my magazines and advertising mail before it reached me. Management was notified, but didn't attempt to solve the problems. * They've been saying a swimming pool is coming for 4 years now. At this point, I don't believe it's ever happening. * The park keeps expanding by adding more RV sites (around 190 more planned) instead of improving amenities for current residents. * Activities are very very limited outside of a few holidays. * One office employee was often rude to residents, making negative comments about how people dressed and creating unnecessary conflict with people she didn't seem to like. * There's a $25 monthly utility charge added to the electric bill. Management says it's because people flush blankets down RV toilets, which doesn't make much sense considering RV waste first goes into holding tanks and the plumbing is only a few inches wide. * One thing to know, 85% of residents use the neighboring Cypress Cove family nudist resort for amenities because it offers pools, restaurants, activities, and recreation that this park doesn't have. This park has become more of a place to park your RV while spending time next door. Bottom line: This park has potential because of its large lots and location, but inconsistent rule enforcement, broken promises, questionable fees, and lack of meaningful improvements make it difficult for me to recommend after living here for three years. It was livable because we left on a bunch of trips yearly and did not stay home.

I found Orlando Lakefront Tiny House and RV Park online and started following them on social media. They offer 12 tiny homes for rent and also have lot rentals for those who have turned tiny living into their everyday norm. We decided on "The Swan." Having two little kids I wanted to make sure I had as many comforts from home as I could. However, there is literally a tiny house to suits all needs. The Swan has two lofts with queens beds, a pull out couch, full kitchen with a microwave, stovetop, farm style sink, pots and pans for use, and utensils for those who need them. Lots of counter space which was nice. A TV and a fireplace. Full bathroom with a regular size toilet and shower. The tiny house itself is one of their biggest at 400 sqft. They have stairs which was great for my little ones. When we first arrived we were just so excited and found the tiny house to be super clean which I appreciated given the times. It felt spacious. The lofts served their purpose and was very exciting for my little ones. We had plenty of space for our things but knowing we were going tiny, I packed accordingly (packing cubes are the way to go). The sofa that doubled as a pull out bed sat all four of comfortably when we settled down to watch movies at night. The park offers free use of their fire pit, canoes, corn hole, volleyball net, and fishing poles. The majority of the tiny homes face the lake so it's a really nice view to wake up too. The community Itself is quiet our kids rode their scooters, played corn hole and enjoyed sitting out by the dock. If you're looking for a nice quiet trip to relax, it definitely met that need. At night we sat by the fire and enjoyed s'mores. Now remember it is communal so all guest are welcome to come and enjoy the fire. They don't provide the firewood so keep that in mind. You will need to bring or purchase your own. Overall we had a really nice stay and look forward to coming back and trying out some of their other tiny homes. Now, here's the reasons for the 4 stars. For one, it might be silly, but I'm super bummed that they don't recycle. There's one big trash can and no rules or procedures for recycling. They also offer free use of their fishing poles you just need to bring your bait, however, all the poles were either broken or all tangled up. I didn't prep and bring any because I figured, oh they have, we'll use the ones there. My daughter was bummed that she couldn't fish. So I would suggest you bring your own. The fire pit is a great spot to hang out once the sun goes down but during the day unless your sunbathing, there's really no where to just sit by the lake and relax. It's way too hot. The tiny house although super modern and nice, had some cracks in the stairs that needed to be fixed. The pillows were paper thin and extremely uncomfortable to sleep on. The stools were loose and wobbly, the front door was difficult to open and would get stuck due to the deck. The railing on the deck was wobbly and some tiles needed fixing. Things that need to be kept in mind with traveling with kids and could potentially be dangerous. As stated above, these were minor things and won't prevent us from coming back. The experience was fun and totally worth it. Our kids had fun and we enjoyed the quiet. Looking forward to trying out some of their other homes.

And had they done so, I would have recommend that my friends and family camp there when visiting the area since they also have RVs. But because it just felt greedy and lazy, that they wouldn't work with me, I will not refer others there. Left a bad taste in my mouth. I recommend if you go and think you may need to leave early you just extend your stay week by week. Even in high season. Yes, you may have to move to another park but it's better than eating hundreds of dollars. There are plenty of other nice parks in the area too.
