Extremely disappointed in the customer service here. My father (a veteran) and I are on vacation and were looking for a simple chiropractor appointment. I emailed last night and received a callback today. While talking on the phone, we made it clear that while my father has VA insurance, we were prepared to pay the cash rate/out of pocket for the visit. Despite our politeness, the receptionist was incredibly rude. When the topic of the VA came up, she audibly sighed and said 'Jesus Christ' under her breath before telling us they'd see him. If this is the first impression you give to seniors and veterans who are trying to be easy customers, I can't imagine what the actual care is like. We will be taking our business elsewhere. Veterans deserve better than to be 'muttered at' for their service-connected insurance. read more

I was at this office 2 years ago when I was visiting my daughter but now that I've moved here and needed a chiropractor I'm glad I came to see Dr. Young again! He's definitely my go to Chiropractor now. Hard to find an honest but gentle and caring provider. The morning we were heading to WDW for vacation, I lifted up my bags and messed up my back. I found this office by looking them on Yelp and thankfully they were able to squeeze me in the next morning. During my week long stay in the area I visited twice. Visiting Dr. Young made a huge difference in my trip. He was very efficient in his time with me and treated me like a regular customer and not a tourist. I have recently been seeing Dr young for adjustments and therapy! My brother is a chiropractor out of state and I have seen several including him. However, this guy is VERY good, thorough and friendly! I have seen chiropractors that try to "sell" you their service and x amounts of visits. You will Not experience this here, or outrageous costs for new patient fees or x-Rays. I would highly recommend DR young to any friend or family member. I also appreciate the fact that he will attempt to fit you in around previously scheduled patients. In the event that you are a tourist and need an immediate adjustment, I would call here first. I have not used the on site massage service, yet but will very soon and update. I did notice that the prices for massage are more than reasonable. read more

I can't recommend enough Dr Young to anyone reading this review. I suffered from a very painful and chronic back pain and on just my first visit to his office he adjusted my back to the point that the pain ceased completely. I feel he improved my quality of life in such a way that there are no words on how grateful and thankful I have to his dedication. He has incredible compassion, extremely knowledgeable, and impressive bedside manners. I believe chiropractic care should be done routinely to avoid joints and bone complications and you should give Dr. Young a try. I know I will always keep coming back to him. read more

I woke up with severe lower back pain on a Friday and received mediocre care from a national chiropractor chain (with walk in service) down the street. After my condition continued to worsen, I discovered Dr. Young who was able to fit me in the next day (on a Sat). Dr. Young worked his magic on my back and made it feel better immediately. He was very friendly, but I also appreciate that he got right to business and didn't make me fill out 50 forms and wait forever in the waiting room. Was on a family trip in Orlando. One of my family members started having back issues. He usually sees a chiropractor in Miami. He went to Yelp and found this chiropractor near by and decided to try it out. While his back pain did not completely go away, it did get better from a pain scale of 10 to a more tolerable 7. If you have back issues you know it is not just one quick visit to the chiropractor and everything is gone. He went two days in a row to get adjustments and it helped immensely. If you are on vacation in this area and find yourself in a bad place with your neck/ back go see Dr. David Young. This way you can at least enjoy the rest of your vacation instead of cutting it short because of back issues. I was in town from California visiting Universal and Disney World and pinched a nerve in my shoulder on the 2nd day of my trip. Dr. Young saw me the same day I called for an appointment. He adjusted my back, neck and shoulder, which allowed me to enjoy the rest of my vacation. He is very professional and friendly, the facilities are clean and modern, and although my particular insurance would not cover out of state therapy, the price was very reasonable (and a lot less $$ than the other chiropractors I contacted in the Orlando area). I had a rib out of place and it was bothering me for a couple days before I went in. I knew it was out the day before we left since it's happened before, but I couldn't get into my regular chiro up here to get an adjustment before the trip. We are from Chicago and all the walking around at the theme parks flared it up. It got to a point where I was having a hard time breathing since it was pushing on my lungs and the muscle spasms and pain were not manageable. They were able to get me in with an hour's notice so I could continue my vacation without much interruption. I've seen a lot of chiropractors over my life and this one was one of the best I've seen. He clearly knew what he was doing and I felt much better after leaving there. I was able to enjoy the rest of my trip without many issues. He explained what he was doing and why. I was in and out fast and on my way back to the parks in no time. Very conveniently located close to the theme parks, by the way.
