my copay is supposed to be $20. When I asked, why it was $85 they said it was because of a "soft tissue" add-on an extra $65 charge THAT I NEVER AGREED TO PAYING! Not everyone can afford being surprise scammed $65! My massage also started about 10 minutes late and ended about 10 minutes early. The therapist was friendly, but even after explaining that my back hurt and asking for deep tissue, the pressure stayed light. It felt more like a 30 min relaxation massage which I had paid for 60 min. Overall, I left disappointed, lack of communication, transparency, and value. I came here because I pulled something & saw that Dr Anders was a sports chiropractic that had great reviews in my area. BIG MISTAKE. His office staff is all very nice, but Dr. Ander's bedside manner was just off putting to me. I could deal without his weird jokes. I just wanted to get an adjustment & get out. I uncomfortably laughed at all his jokes & he didn't really seem to get the idea that I was not interested. I received a normal adjustment and then he did some weird movements with my arms while grabbing my arm. I've been going to chiropractors since I was 5, and this was the first time I experienced something like this. I was literally thinking what the hell is going on while he was going through these motions. He also wanted me to come in the next day again. I've never been to the chiropractor on back to back days bc they always want to give you some time in between. The pain relief from the adjustment I had was only temporary and lasted about an hour after I left his location. About an hour later the pain was just as excruciating, if not worse than when I first walked in. He also told me that my previous chiropractors were wrong in the way they diagnosed me, even though I have never left their offices feeling worse than when I walked in. OH and make sure you pay with cash or check if you don't want to pay a 3.5% surcharging fee on all cards. read more

I've been to many chiropactors, massage professionals, and other sports management/rehahibilitation centers in the past 15 years. I am very pleased there is an all-in-one. This is also one of very few places in the area that does ART. And after one visit it's made more of a difference than any massage I have received (its faster too). The prices are very comparable for the area but I think they have done one better by giving discounts when you stack services. Dr. Anders was very polite and listened to my problems. I felt like he took extra time with me because he worked on several things when I initally came in for one issue. The office was clean and they have a small gym in the back which i presume is for rehab/therapudic activities. The rooms are like any other chiropractic room but they were definitely cleaner than most. The waiting area was small but probably the right size. There are toys for kids to play with in the waiting area as well as a TV. I am not a fan of taking a pill to cure my problems and, lets face it, if I did more stretching (and other pre/post exercise activities) I might not have to go to these types of places so often. But it is nice to know D. Anders is near by. I will continue to update yelp as I get more visits in. read more

I give this place 5 stars not only because I love the work Dr. Anders does but because of the experience I receive after leaving. Him and his staff are so welcoming and warm there's great conversation and I always feel amazing after each treatment, not to mention Doc is very easy on the eyes... Yes. I went to Dr Anders for PF. I purchased his package plan on two occasions which covered a number of visits at a discounted rate. I was not getting the results I expected so I stopped going. I have sent multiple request for a refund as I have a credit since I did not use all the visits I paid in advance for. Although I have nothing bad to say about Dr Anders other than DO NOT buy the package plan unless you plan to use it as he DOES NOT refund money back to you. read more

As a professional runner (with an experience level as a US Olympic marathon trials qualifier, training 100+ miles per week) and also with experience with several past bone/tendon/soft tissue injuries and therapy types, I can highly recommend Dr. Anders. His skill set suits my needs as an elite athlete (adjustment, active release therapy). Training has caused lack of mobility in my lower extremities, especially feet/ankles, and Dr. Anders has used a combination of adjustments and active release therapy to keep me healthy. First impression was I should have left when I saw employees NOT wearing masks. When the doctor came out he tried to greet me with a handshake.... well strike one. During a pandemic, he shouldn't even consider doing that. When I asked why his employees were not wearing masks, he said he couldn't enforce it since it's NOT mandated by the governor. I thought to myself, sure you can, restaurants, stores and many other health practitioners are all making it mandatory if you were entering their premises to wear a mask. Strike2, the doctor refused to treat me unless I followed his protocol which was going to cost an additional amount of money that insurance doesn't cover. I said that I didn't want to do that and just do a traditional treatment. He told me I should just go back to "The Joint" if that's the kind of treatment I wanted. Well I thought to myself, traditional chiropractic care has been around long before these new treatments and that my old chiropractor will treat his patients with these traditional treatments. Well, I would NEVER go back to Dr Anders again. I left upset and untreated. I recommend you make sure you do your homework on the this place and BEWARE OF EMPLOYEES NOT WEARING MASKS. I find it very hard to believe that anyone could have a bad experience at Anders Chiropractic. Having been to a few area chiropractic clinics, Anders Chiropractic is the first one that made me actually feel more like a person, and not a checkbook. I felt like I was buying a used car at other clinics, as they always swore I needed orthotics, or some other modality to make me feel better. With Dr. Anders, I have found that all I needed was someone to listen and then use their skills, knowledge and education to get the desired results.
