What else is there except I had to actually report my card stolen to keep them from screwing up my account, and the fact that they knew their was problems and still tried chargeing my card without consulting me in the first place.

Working at a big box store means processing an occasional return and not being rude about it. I'm…read morenot one of these people who calls anyone who tells me some truth rude, instead, rudeness comes from tone of voice, body language for instance refusing to make eye contact and scowling, and inflexibility during the interaction. The woman processing my return today seemed to have a real problem with someone returning an item that it turned out costs about half on amazon. This is a small town, but we don't owe you our business. If you're going to charge double for something, you should at least have courteous or at least neutral employees.
