The new staff couldn't be bothered to tell my wife she was not due for her annual appointment, but scheduled her 3 months early. In 30 years, never once was that an issue. Be warned, a routine exam does not include a new prescription for glasses or contacts. In 30 years, when was that ever mentioned. Now they have us on the hook for over $200.
