I sent the new machine in for repair and did not receive the same machine back! I placed identifying marks on the outer case of my machine before I sent it, because I knew they had lied before. I called FCM and was completely ignored. I emailed pictures to show them. The representative stated over and over that she didn't understand my concerns. My concern was/is I want MY machine back. Again, I emailed them pictures! I urgent you to learn from my mistakes. Do Not have any business dealings with this company.

On 9 calls out of 10 you can never speak to an actual human being. Once you do get to talk to someone with a callback ,I will say they are usually (though not always) helpful. You can hear the stress and frustration in their voices from being overworked. It makes me wonder if they are so short-handed that the quality of their important work is compromised. Their hours are limited, only open until 7pm weekdays which for many customers is not convenient. The CVS IVR and App are useless. The IVR never "understands' and it seems the app frequently fails to find my RX account or has information from a previous account/location from years ago. If anyone at the corporate level reads these reviews, my question is: How can you stay in business at this location if you can't even find enough staff to help customers whose "business is important to us"?
