Three days before the wedding, my wife sent a text to confirm the reservation and received no response. I then called Cindy the day before the wedding and also received no response. When midnight arrived, no driver showed up. I called the number provided and spoke with a man who stated, "I am in Milwaukee, you are out of luck," and then hung up on me. This was one of the most disappointing customer service experiences I have ever had. Not only was our reservation not honored, but there was also no communication and no effort made to assist us when we were stranded. He was rude and lacked courtesy, understanding and professionalism. They did the classic bait and switch and got away with it.
