These folks are simply fantastic! I booked transportation from Waukesha (near MKE) to O'Hare Airport. To my great relief, there were 1/2 hour early and were happy to wait a bit. The ride to Chicago was easy and without any issues. Car was spotless and in excellent condition. My pickup at O'Hare to go back home was equally well handled. Their license plate had d's elite on it, so there was no doubt I was getting into the right car!!! We kept in touch via text as he approached my pickup spot. This was incredibly easy considering what a mess O'Hare can be. One more thing -- their rates are extremely reasonable. I will definitely use them again!!!! Truly the best limo service I have ever used. We booked a stretch limo to and from the airport. On our first leg of our trip the driver (Sorry, but I cannot remember his name) was 45 minutes early waiting in front of our place so no worries whatsoever of missing our fight. On the return as I was worried that I had lost the business card with the number to call, I received a text from our driver, Warren, to just send him a text once we had our luggage and to let him know what terminal we were at and he'd be right there. Oh My, where do I start? The driver-Warren, arrived promptly and greeted us with a friendly smile and warm welcome. He waited for us while the last of our party arrived. We recently used D's Elite Transportation Service for our flights in and out of O'Hare. We are a family of 5 which includes an infant who needs a carseat. They were able to provide the carseat and a shuttle large enough to accomodate our family comfortably. They show up early and the communication is great with them. We have used them now several times. We used them for a party of 11 and a party of 5 and both times they showed up with the right size vehicle.
