Dear Warm Fuzzes, We recently Adopted Bobby. He is a short…read morehaired tabby cat that you had at your pet adoption event inside of petco. Let me start out by saying that Bobby is the best Kitten that we could ever ask for. The day we brought him home, he was a bit shaken up from the car ride. When we let him down, he ran into the closet and hid for a few hours. It was also his first day away from his brothers and sisters. I assume that he was taken from his mommy that day too. That night, I went into his room to go check on him. I was wearing a fuzzy pink bath robe. He walked right up to me, snuggled up in the bath robe until he fell asleep on me. Ever sense Bobby has been a wonderful addition to our home. He likes lots of play time. His favorite toy is the mouse on a stick. He also likes to play hide and seek. Bobby has never had a litter box accident. He enjoys walking on the window sill and playing with his ball.Bobby seems like a very happy kitten and seems very healthy too. He is growing more and more every day. Bobby is extremely affectionate and enjoys sleeping in our bed with us at night. We would like to thank you for all of the helpful advice that the lady at petco gave us when we wanted to adopt Bobby. He goes to the vet this week for his next check up. The petco coupons were very useful. The information that you provided us with was very helpful too. We wish we could have taken in his mother and two brothers which we hear are still up for adoption. We know that they will go to good homes though. Thank you so much for saving Bobby so that we could give him a good home. The doctors were friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond with the care of my dog. My…read moredog had to get blood work done biweekly for the last 6 months of her life, and they even were kind enough to personally email me the results while i was out of town and explain them to me, and also notify my dog sitter of any med changes. I have zero complaints about the staff or doctors. In my opinion everyone of them goes above and beyond to make sure your animal is getting the best care available.

She broke my dogs jaw and it never healed right and all we got was a "Sorry, it happenes some times" and she needs to be on soft food for the rest of her life, also she couldn't play with her balls/toys and that affected her life a lot. This is just my opinion...but had we been told what COULD happen when she was doing the dental cleaning we never would have said Ok to it. My dog has lost her will to live, she is depressed and NO there is nothing else wrong with her. She is was a very healthy dog until her jaw was broken by Dr Nelson.

People bought us gift certificates because I talked about how I was so delighted with the whole thing. Since the ownership changed over, we had a terrible experience when one of the employees snapped at my daughter -- who loved to come and help wash our dog -- for something the employee herself did. I did not go back for a long time because of that experience, and when I decided to give them another try, it was another terrible experience. Asked for a dog nail trim, and the employee wanted me to sit on the floor in the lobby and hold my full-size, soaking wet, uncooperative dog still so she could clip her nails. Clipped some too short, dog was bleeding. Didn't clip some nails at all. Charged double what it was previously. I did a large portion of the work. Was the single most chaotic dog nail trim I have ever experienced in my life, and I used to work for the Humane Society. I want them to do well as a business because I think it is a good concept and a good location and I would love to be able to utilize the business. Other people have had positive experiences, or so it looks like. Our experience since the new owners took over has been one of prickly unwelcomeness. But maybe what I think is rude is actually normal among the young people who work there, and I just don't understand.

Crazy to think that ending up with 2 rescue style dogs, within months of eachother that were more so in the "timid" category. One we have had one since last November that just went for her first time about a 2 weeks ago, then came home, saved another and decided he was breaking out of his shell and after just the first experience, we figured "let's see what Jess can do!!" Sure enough, the dogs once again loved every bit of it, the contact each time was on point, her attitude and hospitality while also giving you a hint of how she runs her business. Thats how it's done!! But also, the flexibility was perfect, easy to get ahold of and definitely knows what she's doing. Even on our trip we got to share with everyone all the pictures AND videos she was gladly enough to offer!! Our little girls kept saying right off the bat how much they missed there puppy the first time, but shortly after the pics and videos started coming in and had the whole rental car holding back tears of joy and definitely some laughter. Blows your mind sometimes that just from just a random call from word of mouth, BAM! Just like that, it might not be often, but the "shy, timid" doggos that once were, now have a second home whenever they visit just like that. And she sure is a whisperer, because that shell they were trying to break of is gone!! We're not quick to judge good or bad, but remember it's all in the real time confrontation. She nailed it! We caught on to the "Auntie Jess" as well and if I even mention it while referencing, doggos ears perk right up! Well from one big family again to yours.... THANKS AUNTIE JESS!! PS.
