I have taken a group of 30 people to this zipline the last 2 years and I want people to know what a pleasure it is dealing with this business. Everything went so smoothly and what I like the most about it was that we all went out at the same time, unlike other places where you have to wait at each platform with 8 people before you can continue. The staff is well-trained and professional which is so necessary when some people are hesitant to go out. They show you how to make it safe and fun at the same time! This was such a fun stop for an "outdoorsy" Bachelorette Party I attended in October 2019! We had a group of 7 ladies & everyone had a blast! The staff members were all so professional & very patient towards the first timers (moms) in the group. The views throughout the course were amazing!! At the end of the course they had an area of obstacles that varied in difficulty based on experience. A group of us girls ventured into the different obstacles & had soo much time! It was also the perfect place to get some good photo ops *Upon signing the forms, I did notice this facility had a weight restriction that guests must fall between 70lbs -275lbs. Which was not an issue for use girls! However, I did take a mental note for "date night options" as my husband is a "big & tall" man at 6'2". 2.5 Hour Zipline only: super fun experience! For the BIG thrill seeker, it may be a little underwhelming. Would recommend for couples, families, corporate, or bonding events! + the staff was incredibly kind, patient, helpful, knowledgeable and accommodating. + you are allowed to bring GoPros and/or phones, even a DSLR! As expected, though, if you drop it, it's on you. + safety was highly emphasized and the staff has many checks to ensure it is a priority throughout the course. The equipment looked and felt extremely secure and well kept. + there are secured mini-lockers to keep stuff in, free of charge. It was big enough to fit our camera bag, purse, and hat. + the staff did not push for tips, however given their patience with my insane picture-taking family, we tipped. If you plan to do so, remember the staff names. - the cost is a bit high if you're paying full price. Prices may also vary weekday vs weekend. I think group rates also available for large parties. - you can't control this, but the larger the group, the longer it'll take longer to get through the course. - consider wearing some bug repellent. We didn't and we turned out fine - but I imagine in the summer months there could be more mosquitos as it is close to the lake. I came here with my mom, auntie, and sister. My sister is a little scared of heights but the rest of us are quite the thrill seekers. It was our first time zip lining. We all felt comfortable with the course, though the first section of the zipline gave us the the most hesitation as there is some mental barrier to letting yourself drop and just trusting some ropes. After that, the ice is broken and you get comfortable with the feel of the mechanics. The course is split into 8 zipline sections, varying in length and height. You will go through trees and above water in some sections. In between, there are some ladders, floating bridges, and towers to travel from place to place. Before you go, two of the staff will go first to receive/transfer you when you land. One remains behind to lift you off. When you land, one of the staff members is always there to receive and unhook you/transfer you to the next section. Because this procedure maintains safety, it can also slow the course down with a large group as we are all going one by one. Our group had 8 pple total and we started and finished on time. At some points it felt a little long hanging out on the deck of a tree waiting as the pple after you finished landing. But the scenery is quite green and nice, so prepare to enjoy that while waiting. I especially appreciated the staff for allowing me to bring both my DSLR camera AND a GoPro as I was able to use both and take some reeeeally nice action pictures (yea I know I'm crazy but memories, you know!). If you choose to do this...be very careful! The best parts of the zipline come towards the end. There are two sections that are particularly longer and faster. These two sections are also double lines, so you'd be flying with a partner! Perfect time to strike a pose and capture a pic! Overall, I had an amazing time! Aside from the last two long zip lines, the experience may seem too easy, not long enough, or not exciting enough for a big thrill seeker. My family and I were definitely ready for more! But, it was a fun and balanced "intro" experience together. And it would also be a fun date spot or bonding experience! Huge thanks to the staff again! I remember Mark, Austin, and Ethan(?). I had an amazing time on the zip line. Logan and Evan were awesome tour guides. They were professional, knowledgeable, humorous and made sure I had a great time. The reason I didn't give 5 stars is because of the price. $178 for two people is a little pricy. If you have the extra cash go for it. I would definitely do it again!! This is a great destination if you come to Geneva-on-the-Lake. It's tucked in the corner of the Geneva Lodge (also a great place to stay). I purchased a groupon last year for a 2.5 hour ziplining course for two. I made my reservation on June 30th of 2019 at 11. I got there at 1030 because I assumed I would have to fill out a waiver of some sort. I got no email notification to tell me when I was supposed to be there or anything. I just checked the website. You are scheduled with a group of people. The other half of our group was late so we didn't start the course until 1115. Staff is very nice and professional. They hook you up in your harness and helmets. There are lockers available for your belongings. I took my keys and phone with me. Do it at your own risk. No backpacks. They go through safety measures in the beginning quickly and then you are on your way! There are long and short ziplines going through small bodies of water and woods. The best views are at the end. The fastest one will go up to 40 mph. We had 3 guides with us. You always have one before you go and one who stops you at the end. The ziplines at the end go too fast so you have breakers that stop you. They will give up a jolt back to be prepared. 30-40 mph may not seem that fast but when it's just you in the air, it goes pretty fast, but not so fast that you can't enjoy the views. If you are a daredevil and want super fast and challenging course, this isn't for you. This is great for friends and family or just yourself to enjoy nature while having some fun. This would also be great for team building exercise. Good time to bond and have fun together. Tennis shoes are a must. No open toed shoes. You have to be relatively fit since there is walking involved. There are bridges (I hate bridges) to cross between stops. I never felt I was in danger of falling or anything. You are hooked on to something at all times unless you are in a safe area. The clamps on your harness have a lock system. If one end isn't locked and secured, the other one will not lock elsewhere. There is a nice gift shop at the check in desk with snacks drinks and souvenirs. Walk the trail right along the lake. Beautiful views. I do have to recognize one employee who I believe was Chris? I'm horrible with name. My friend got stuck in the middle of a zip line because his trolly went sideways. He was quick to go out and help him. He explained everything he was going to do and kept calm. He handled that situation wonderful. Totally professional. Overall I would recommend this place for a nice day with family and friends. Enjoy the views and roam the strip after and experience Geneva on the lake to the fullest. read more

Tour guides- Lava Leah, Graceful Grace, Dangerous Drew... What a great time we had!! First, the equipment was excellent. Our entire group felt safe and secure. The trails were clean and clear. The platforms were well constructed! The tour guides were very professional. I appreciate their attention to detail and still managing to show us a great time. We went on the half tour instead of the full tour.... Probably should've went for the full as it was a great time! Worth the money for the experience and memories! A great zip line course for kids! The staff here are awesome - really helpful and kind with the kids. All the safety equipment looks new and the course is in great shape. We signed both of our kids up - our older one went through the course a couple times (you have an hour, so it's possible to make it through more than once), but our 4-year-old chickened out before she started and we pulled her off the entrance to the course. After my older one finished the course and we went back to the office, I told the manager that my younger one hadn't done the course at all and she refunded the $19 entrance fee - super nice and not at all necessary, but very much appreciated!! I didn't do the adult course, but it looked pretty amazing too. read more

My family of 5 all had a blast. My 11 year old and I did the zip lines, my 9 year old and husband joined us for the adventure course, and our 5 year old loved the kids course. He liked it so much he did it on 2 separate days (we did zip line and adventure course on separate days). The staff was friendly and helpful.
