He was respectful of my car, did a wonderful tow and basically made me feel like I was the most important client of the day. They are state contracted with the Michigan State Police, and that's fine, but I wouldn't ever do business with them on a personal level after my experience. Lack of understanding and communication is the biggest complaint. As a tow company contracted by the state police I'm sure they get their fair share of problem customers, but to be as rude and inconsiderate as they were when requesting information or a resolution to my problem was completely unprofessional.
