The staff is so friendly and helpful (I left my glasses and notebook behind at a meeting and they had everything waiting for me to pickup the next day). The programming is top notch - I wanted to move here to just to take some of the classes! And the artwork! I'm obsessed with public art and this Center delivers. I kept finding little hidden gems sprinkled across the grounds and the building. The patio is lit with fairy lights and actually comfortable seating options. (At other parks you can wait up to 50min because they only have 3 courts or each court has its own queue.) . Only the pb court lines are drawn. Thankfully, the Community Center staff provides portable nets. . Almost everyone here is a beginner. Level 3.0 and below. . At night, the lights are decently bright. Might be slightly dimmer on the street side. Non-likes: - The 4 courts are too close together. Neighboring distractions/interferences are common. They should've drawn the 4 courts farther apart. Need a little portable fencing to separate between courts. - On weeknights the Center, and thus the restrooms, closes at 7pm. - A bit of a maze to drive from the main roads to the nearest parking lot, then to walk around the skating rink to reach the pb courts. Wish we didn't have to cross a skating area to play pickleball everytime. - The courts are next to the street, so traffic is noisy occasionally. - Outdated webpage.

HOA recently in the last few or several years, updated the entire pool area from the floors, showers, bathrooms, outdoor seating, etc. They've added four cabana like sections, an outdoor fireplace and wall with a water feature. It is much more aesthetically pleasing and enjoyable since the upgrade. The left side of the community center, there are two outdoor grills which require your key fob to operate. In this section you'll also find the kitchen sink. The counter tops are spacious and generous for prepping. Next to the bbq grills are stairs for the second floor outdoor patio with additional seating. Restrooms are of course downstairs which also require a key fob. I love that the bathrooms are clean and has a bench for you to place your belongings while getting dressed. Now on to the clubhouse. I have personally never been inside in all my years here, so I cannot speak about that part. Overall for my family, especially the kids, we give this pool a 5 out of 5. We love that there is a kiddie pool that always has warm water, a large jacuzzi and large pool. There is plenty of space for lounging and it feels like a cool place to hang on those hot summer days.

Lake Forest Sports Park...this place is HUGE and has so many fields for all kinds of sports…read moreincluding some basketball courts outside and inside the building. Plenty of restrooms throughout and has more than one playground for your little ones. There is plenty of parking available although when a special event like a dog expo comes around, it's a bit harder to find anything. The main/large playground is the one next to the recreation building. There is a section for older kids and off to the side is one for the younger tots. Behind this building are a couple outdoor basketball hoops. LFSP has plenty of tables available for parties or just for sitting around. On Wednesdays from 4-8pm is a small farmers market. We like going when they're there. We buy some tamales and Mediterranean dip while the kids go to the playground for a while. We will sometimes even have the food from there for dinner while they play and burn some energy. This park is very large and it's amazing! I'm so happy to live so close so we can take our little ones whenever we want. We look forward to the events at this place. It's a fun park to go as a family.
