It is actually incredible how rude and uncaring the people on the phone were in handling a new patient. They literally hung up on me when I called to see why they canceled my appointment over a voicemail, that I made 2 weeks out, the day before I was scheduled. They said it was their error for overbooking and with an annoyed tone said do you want to re-schedule or not. I was not satisfied because I am very busy and I waited 2 weeks for an appointment that worked with my busy schedule while stopping lifting to rest my shoulder that I have concerns with.
