Visited Dr Grbach today as I thought I lost a filling but I had actually broken the tooth. Well needless to say that same old fear took over. Dr. Grbach numbed the area where the tooth was. That was painless! Then I figured the drilling would take forever but it was over quickly. I sat there waiting to shoot out of the chair with pain. It never happened! Had I found Dr.Grbach years ago I would not have been petrified to go to the dentist. This was the second dentist I have been to since I moved back to this area. If I could I wouldn't give this company any stars for the simple fact that I have had living nightmares since I entered this clinic. First off and probably most important was the fact that this dentist has really bad hand tremors. As the task would get harder the more he would shake. A couple of times his tools hit my teeth while he was working on them. Secondly, his tool short circuited in my mouth shocking the inside of mouth. Even though he was gentle, it most def does not make up for all the other traumatizing moments I had as a patient under their care. I give one star for the friendliness and knowledge of the staff and one star for the cleanliness. Other then those aspects this place was a living nightmare. I defiantly do not recommend them unless you have a bucket list item to sue a business. Chances are very good something will happen to you physically to warrant such an action. read more

I switched to Dr. Grbach back in 2000 when my then dentist "couldn't" fit me in for an emergency. Dr. Grbach stayed late to help me out. I have stayed with him ever since and have never considered going anywhere else! He is always willing to explain any procedure and answer any questions. He listens and works with his patient . . .me! I kissed a diving board back in the 1950s and have had extensive work for many years. He is the best. read more

I switched to Dr. Grbach on a recommendation from a couple of friends and relatives. Glad I listened to them. This practice uses the most up-to-date procedures and technology. I LOVED the same day crown replacement. It fit perfectly on the first fitting. Love the staff; very friendly and warm. Never have to wait for my appointment. Love the email and text reminders (helpful when you schedule an appointment 6 months in advance!). Dr. G. is a great guy who explains everything very well; never had an issue with any of the procedures I've had to have done. Their handling of insurance billing it top notch, too!! read more

My "crowning glory" experience: About a year ago I needed to select a new dentist and a friend told me how pleased he was with his experience with Bruce Grbach DDS, and the staff. My old dentist sold his practice and I neglected my teeth. I am so glad I made the decision and am as pleased with my experience as a patient can be. A few weeks ago a 40+ year old crown deteriorated very quickly and I could not ignore or delay a replacement. We are going to Key West to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary and I thought about the multiple visits last summer for the fitting and placement of a new crown. Well....I love it when new technology and a caring professional meet. My newest crown was a same day project that took approximately 3 hours for the drilling, measurements, on-site lab creation and placement of the crown.
